After some quick evaluation, Ashley pointed out that a ton of flaws in my diet. While it was all healthy to begin with, it was low on carbs and not nearly enough calories to sustain my workout load. Most people tend to think that an RD is to help you lose weight, but Crave Health helped me in a whole different way. The plan put together for me was with my heavy workout load in mind without being too disruptive. I was injury free for the next 4 months and got my best time in my last half-marathon. Recently, I've been going to lose fat without necessarily losing weight. Ashley got me a modified plan and kept tabs on my progress during our visits.
