It ends up being the price of a doctor appointment. I found this place on Groupon in December,and decided to go for it. The drive was a hump for me. I wish it we're closer. The session is no joke. IT'S.SO.COLD. For three minutes it feels like three hours. However I felt absolutely amazing for a week. The place is quaint and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They do packages. If you have joint pain or different ailments this may help. I hear it's great for autoimmune symptoms. I have thyroid disease and recovering from Lyme. This helped with pain and inflammation. I'd do it again. I just wish it were closer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the red light therapy - the sensation was staring into the sun with your eyes closed. At first I was anxious that if I accidentally opened my eyes they would burn but once I relaxed it was really nice. The studio itself was really nice, had to walk up a set of stairs to get to her space. She was waiting for me when I arrived and everything was really safe for COVID-19 including touch less payment.
