Kept my truck for 7 weeks and had to pay in advance the full amount. Even so they had my truck as collateral. No cash flow to cover the parts. Don't expect a discount, they are proud of their billing. When owner confronted why 3 weeks to diagnose the truck no substantial answer but closed on the weekend. The reality you are no longer a customer but a hostage. The parking lot looks like a junk yard on dirt. Better to get a detailing job after the experience. The cherry on the cake was sent home with no oil in the truck. Lucky I checked when at home. Made me question the integrity of the job completed. Time to go back to basic customer services and get little bit more humble with humility.

I submitted a project for quotes Sunday evening and Guy was the first to call me Monday morning. I checked a few places and ended up coming to Little Guy's. Guy and his associate came out and greeted me right away, looking at my car on the spot. They determined quickly the few parts I needed and let me know it might be a few days, as they also had to call someone else for the windshield. They estimated it would be done Thursday (4 days) but to my surprise, they called me Wednesday letting me know my car was all fixed! They were the easiest people to work with and 100% I will be coming back (though, hopefully not for more scary incidents like this one). The nicest guys and I was so grateful they didn't try to suggest a bunch of things I didn't need. Simple, to the point and a great value. Thank you, Little Guys!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Issue #1- We bought a Raptor R from this…read moredealership that they removed the decals off of. Before buying the truck we told them we wanted the decals, they agreed to do the decals and also put it in writing/we owe at signing. It's been over 3 weeks, calling every day and still no decals. Issue #2- After signing for the vehicle they handed us a "key" which was not the original key for the truck. We asked where is the original key and 2nd set, it's a brand new truck with 40 miles, paid $30k over sticker and was told that they don't have the original key and only had 1 key for the truck. The key that was given to us won't allow the truck to auto start by the remote and at times won't unlock the doors. We keep getting the runaround with this dealership from the sales guy to his manager and now a "new" manager. We have called every single day since purchasing our vehicle and everyday is something new. Just a heads up, when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you get everything upfront and do not take their word for it, even if you get it in writing. Also, make sure the vehicle has both ORIGINAL keys and that the remote start works and the doors unlock. We have been in contact with Harrison and Isaiah every single day..... still no resolution. Empty promises and the run around every day.

Even after all of this when I go to pay them kevin tells me I owe them 200 more then the quote they gave me and try's to convince me it's taxes when taxes where included in the quote they gave me even after showing him this he grunts and starts vigorously scrolling on his computer like he was magically going to find 200 dollars worth of work he can charge me for he didn't stop until a lady in the back who could hear the conversation came out and made him let me pay for what they quoted me. Please if you don't want to get up charged and lied to even if it's just for a water pump take it somewhere else!
