I dropped off my car trying to get a service done they told me it was the torch converter at first…read morethey said they would further diagnose Transmission the price was a bit far catch he ain't wanna do exactly what I preferred so when I wanted to back out and go else where he told me I have a total price to pay for them taking it apart and I mean took my entire transmission down without my complete consent or knowledge claiming that I signed a paper when I dropped it off after I told them specifically not to do anything until we had a understanding on what was gonna be done bc I was on a budget after I didn't wanna replace the gears for an extra 1,400 from the initial price off 1,200 for doing torch and rear main seal and after putting my transmission together they wasn't able to get it started having to replace the tcm I wasn't giving a receipt or anything where it came from .after everything being done the transmission is now leaking it wasn't prior to me bringing it and I'm stilling have a transmission issue I didn't have before he claims it's because my gears are worn but I already had a none leaking transmission when I had a problem in first place . I had high hopes for shop honestly I regret it I ubered to work back n forth spending well over 700 thinking it was gonna be done even committed to drop car off to let them fix it again and again they said I needed new gears and I should've spent the money when they wanted me to they're also really good for guilt tripping you after they did something you didn't ask them . It's almost as if I got a uncertified mechanic work done on my car and this whole process took months. I'll be filling law suit bc I definitely feel like I was taking advantage off.
