I was told this work was included in the original quote. More than six months after my attorney requested documentation, I still have not received a clear accounting of completed work, supporting cost documentation, or a return of funds. Based on the work I can verify was not completed, I believe more than $20,000 remains unaccounted for. I have repeatedly been told that because the project was bid as a whole rather than by line item, there is no need to explain specific charges or provide proof of completed work. Meanwhile, my home remains unfinished with a large hole in the structure and no completed plumbing work visible. Transparency, accountability, and communication matter. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

The bathroom remodel project took over 4 times longer than it should have (they quoted 3 weeks but…read moreit took 14 weeks, and some weeks they didn't even show up at all), they don't get permits even when they are legally required but they don't tell you that unless you ask, and they had to come back and redo poor work repeatedly. For example, they installed floors that were basically sandpaper material and not cleanable so they ripped those out and redid them which added to the project cost. As another example, they had to redo the shower 3 times because it leaked- first they had to remove the glass and redo the tiles, then had to redo the silicone, then had to add extra silicone on their third time out to fix it because the first silicone fix didn't work either. As another example, they installed vessel sinks on top of standard-height countertops and they were so high up I couldn't even reach the sink faucet without a stool (I'm not exaggerating but I'm also only 5'2). So we ended up having to pick all new countertops because they had to redo that whole area. They wanted to charge me for the new countertops and new sinks, but thankfully when I argued that it was their mistake, they denied it being their mistake but did the right thing and didn't charge. It was a bummer to see them ruin the perfect countertops we wanted that matched what we have throughout the house. I was actually really surprised at how many things they were able to do wrong, but I have to admit it all looks really good now. Not sure if it would pass an inspection though. If I had known what it would be like, I definitely wouldn't have chosen them.

This man came in saying he was qualified to do sheetrock repair where a tree had fell on the roof…read moreand we had lots of damage there was also the roof to be repaired which he brought somebody else in on they never finished the job and took advantage of the 70-year-old man with the beginning of Alzheimer's to get all the money out of him before the job was finished needless to say they never finished the job they kept saying they were going to so we let them do some work on the bathroom which was very small and needed to totally remodeled he left us with a brand new tub that won't hold water sheet rock dust all over everything, screws that have not been mudded or sanded seams of the sheetrock are so offset that there's no way to fix it rather than tearing everything out and starting over he just does not know what he's doing I can float out sheetrock I can hang sheetrock mud sheetrock and hand and float it out and he kept telling me because I knew construction finished. I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

But the dogs are kept in a room in the house and not allowed to run free . the backyard is not fenced so they just had to walk around the house to the backyard to enter In the end, they accused us of being in the wrong somehow and through extensive negotiation, we received half of our deposit back, Owner Mike Linn was smooth and charming in the beginning and was at the end, rude raised his voice to me , and accused us of lying. Which is remarkable since all we wanted was a simple backyard Landscape design. We feel fortunate to have escaped with minimal emotional and financial damage. You might make sure to look at all the reviews because if you go far enough down the list you will see some serious negative situations that have occurred with this company. This is not an opinion. It's a matter of public record . For example AI found a quantity of negative performance reviews in a variety of circumstances for this company .
