Trinity was VERY communicative, updating me on Tyler's expected arrival time. Tyler arrived about 2 hours after I made the service request. As it turned out, it wasn't just the spring that was broken. The shaft and bearings were in need of replacement also. Tyler showed me all of the damage and was very friendly, professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to make the repairs. The coil springs needed slight tightening to hold the majority of the door weight. I'm always impressed when I see these guys crank down on these things that are under a crazy amount of pressure. Dan from Prestige made it look easy. I know from trying it myself, that it's not easy and quite scary to mess with. The belt fix was a necessity.
