How lucky could I get! After hours. After a long and grueling day. She was patient, pleasant and accomodating. I told her what I was looking for, texted photos and left it in her hands to work her magic. She got up very early the next morning, arranged a beautiful display and managed to get it delivered before any of the other florist even opened. BTW...not 1 other florist returned my calls. My friend was so surprised and elated. "They're beatiful, they smell so good"! She was so down and distraught the night before, and to have this 1st thing in the morning to help put a smile on her face was everything i had hoped for. But, yesterday, they delivered a plant to my house in 100 degree heat & left it sitting on the front porch on the hot brick. They did ring the doorbell, because I saw it on my Ring App. Tried to tell her on the ring doorbell audio we were still out of town for the funeral, but they'd already left. Got home late that afternoon & plant was starting to wilt. Called the shop and ask what the protocol was to leave plants in hot weather outside for delivery, without a courtesy call. The floral designer answered & was very rude to me & hung up on me 2 times. I asked her to have the owner call me, & as of today at noon, I still have not received a call. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get a phone call, explanation, or just an apology. That's all I wanted.

The roses looked to be thrown in and not arranged, they were all different heights, but not in a good way. I had to take the better flowers of the 2 arrangements and arrange them myself. It was so thoughtful of those who sent the flowers, I just feel that they did not get their moneys worth.

Very rude person responding to my message about condition on dying flowers after 2 days…read more I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement I ordered from Country Florist. Within just two days of delivery, several of the flowers were already showing signs of dying and wilting, which is not what I would expect from a fresh arrangement. What was even more frustrating is that the florist's note included a statement saying, "If we fail to meet your expectations, please let us know." I did exactly that--I contacted them, sent a message, and included photos showing the condition of the flowers. Unfortunately, my concerns were not handled in a way that resolved the issue. The person who was responding to me from the business by messages was arrogant, condescending, very rude and had no concern about the customer. Also not concern or even bothered about getting a bad review! What a way to do business! When you pay for a floral arrangement, you expect it to remain fresh and beautiful for more than a couple of days. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Country Florist in Arlington, TX and would never order from them again. Do yourself a favor. Buyer beware! I would give this business -01 epic fail!

So I called back and the owner told me she was "in the middle of something" I told her I was confused because I gave her the code twice and she tells me VERY RUDELY "what is going on?! I still need your code you tell me what's going on! Either cancel your order or give me the code!" I could barely understand her she sounded like she was slurring her words. I told her she had been rude to me the whole conversation and to cancel and she hung up on me mid sentence. TERRIBLE business
