I live in California and my best friend of 67 years in Arlington, Texas. I needed a last minute over the top bouquet delivered to her asap. To my disappointment everyone close to her was either not open or "due to high call volume, please leave a message and we'll call you back" ...Then Erinn picked up the phone. The designer at that! How lucky could I get! After hours. After a long and grueling day. She was patient, pleasant and accomodating. I told her what I was looking for, texted photos and left it in her hands to work her magic. She got up very early the next morning, arranged a beautiful display and managed to get it delivered before any of the other florist even opened. BTW...not 1 other florist returned my calls. My friend was so surprised and elated. "They're beatiful, they smell so good"! She was so down and distraught the night before, and to have this 1st thing in the morning to help put a smile on her face was everything i had hoped for. We called and complain and they just told us the flowers were not in season but why not say that at the time of making the order, and maybe offer something else. It was $300.00 dollars. This company makes the best arrangements. I was very pleased with the quality of flowers. My partner loved them.

Today I had flowers sent to friends that were welcoming their son home after two weeks in the NICU. I said it was for a new baby and chose a custom flower arrangement so the florist could use something seasonal. On the card it said "welcome home Lincoln". When the proud parents sent me a picture it was decorated with a "it's a girl pick". Well Lincoln is a boy so the abundance of pink flowers and girl pic are wasted. I've never had a florist order go bad. You would think if there were questions they would have called me to ask. I guess I'll go down the street and order another arrangement that's gender neutral and appropriate. read more

So my husband had flowers that were supposed to get delivered to me ... instead he was very disappointed when I got home and didn't receive them ... NOT TO METION HE SPENT 80$ on them .. I looked at the receipt and it got delivered to labor and delivery... which is no where near where I work... I had him call and tell them I didn't receive the flowers... the receptionists told him for me to go the next day and ask for the flowers .. when I was supposed to receive them the day before ... they didn't even offer to resend my flowers and on the 3rd day we tryed to contact them the communication completely stopped when we asked for our money back ... they told us they got delivered and we couldn't get a refund and they still didn't offer to resend them ... $80 almost 100$ down the drain poor customer service read more

I'm all the way in Los Angeles, and I was looking for a local florist that could do a "get well soon" arrangement for one of our co-worker's mom's who had just had major surgery. I found Erinn thanks to Yelp, and not only was she so sweet over the phone (she called because one of the flowers in the arrangement I selected online wasn't available and wanted to make sure it was OK that she picked a different option), the flowers looked BEAUTIFUL in the photo my co-worker sent me of them. Living in Sacramento, California, instead of going to the typical online nationwide florists to send flowers to my aunt in Texas (who recently got out of the hospital), I came to Yelp and looked up florists and for "near" used my aunt's address. Erinn's Creations' came up, and while their website was under construction, I called Erinn and described what I wanted in my floral arrangement - no carnations or hydrangeas, but I wanted lilies and roses, and any other flowers she suggested. Do not buy the weekly delivery service, my deliveries have been late 3 times, and each time I have had to contact the shop (by email, their phone number never works) and they didnt even KNOW I hadnt received my delivery until I contacted them. It is wednesday, and I have yet to receive my delivery from Monday, or a response to my latest email requesting my delivery. The owner is nice, but their delivery service is terrible. read more

Since 3 weeks has passed and I'm still irked, I decided to post this review. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend's daughter, who just had her first baby, a girl, after a difficult delivery. I ordered pink flowers with a pink polka dot ribbon and pink vase and paid extra for a balloon that said Baby Girl. It looked great from the online pics. Someone from Erinn's called me to let me know that another delivery cancelled and that I was "upgraded." They delivered white flowers (that never bloomed) in a clear vase with a blue ribbon! The balloon said "Baby Shower"! THESE FLOWERS WERE MEANT FOR SOMEONE ELSE! It was a cancelled order that they had already prepared, so I got someone else's order. I called my gf in Texas and she said, "oh, were those from you?" Needless to say, they were not impressed. I made her send me a pic of the arrangement... I was so disappointed. Anyway, it made me look ridiculous.... it was a girl, not a boy, and the balloon said Baby Shower instead of Baby Girl! I went to Texas over Christmas and saw the flowers and they looked bad (not fresh and no blooms). Thanks a lot, Erinn! Friendly advice, if online, skip this flower shop! You might get not so fresh flowers for a boy's baby shower instead of the birth of a baby girl. read more
