I ended up having a question almost immediately after submitting my online request, gave them a call, and they had already started processing my request. Service was super friendly and quick, and I was able to pick up my last minute rental a few days later. When picking up my rental, their staff loaded up my truck for me, which I wasn't expecting! It was super generous of them, and I was so grateful I didn't have to load everything up by myself. The table rentals here are wooden tables, so they're pretty heavy for one person to lift on their own and I was grateful I didn't have to load and unload them alone when picking up/dropping off the rentals. Pick up/drop off was super smooth as well. There's great signage and you just pull around to the side of the building and check in, and they load up the car. I had to book the same rental for a couple weeks later, and when I dropped off the equipment I was able to book with their team on site. Super friendly and helpful staff!
