No one actually has good things to say about these places and I'm pretty sure it's against yelp policy to offer rewards for five star reviews. It dilutes the actual reviews. Yeah, just went to another vape city and again the staff was not knowledgeable claim to be knowledgeable and then when I ask questions got upset that I asked questions because they couldn't answer them. The only thing she seemed to be knowledgeable about was the nitrous oxide probably from personal experience, she probably also knows a lot about the oil burners as well. This shop actually had the coils I was looking for what a surprise out of five different cities, but the girl was very rude, usually even with the lack of knowledge at least the staff is polite and will listen when you try to tell them what you want where this girl just was rude to be rude. I don't know if she was having a bad morning or what I mean it looked like it you know had a bad morning was definitely not ready for work as far as appearance so just another thing to add to the list of bad things about vape city I honestly don't recommend anybody to ever go to a vape city ever unless you absolutely have to like me and it sucks because if I could give my money to someone else I would because three out of five employees were rude all five of the employees were not knowledgeable except for this girl she knew quite a bit about oil, burners, straight glass and nitrous oxide don't waste your time. Anywhere will sell you any of the items that they have for if not half the price less they overcharge like crazy selection is low unless you're looking for nicotine disposables and like I said, they're staffing lacks a lot because they just want people in seats not actual knowledgeable employees especially at this location also there was a very foul odor in the store. The "normal people" glass is priced a little above average but the quality, selection and beauty is there. Not random junk, someone is handpicking the glass in this store. You can get a really nice piece for $30 and up, way up if you want. The back has a variety but does not have the selection of the chain stores, the purple hair girl says she can get anything I want, is helpful and knows her stuff! I will say the first time I went in, there was an older woman who didn't seem to interested in her job or know much, sort of rude but the girl with the purple hair is awsome. They also sell Kratom shots here that honestly taste like crap but work amazingly. They have been sold out for like 4 weeks now though and it is disappointing. They want you to lie. The truth is their prices are way too high, the selection is almost nothing. The staff knows nothing concerning babes or Delta and what I've been told is almost always all i'm an overnight worker and I'm prone to leaving stuff on the hood of my car when I leave so I'm constantly having to buy new mods juice and coils and such and they carry some good stuff but then they don't carry the coils or the glass or the batteries or amalgamation of any other parts are accessories needed for certain things they charge crazy prices for coils and mods, along with their disposables like everything's expensive super super expensive it's because they're open 24 hours and they know they got you if you're a nicotine addict like I am no the customer service isn't horrible.
