I've been using TOBACCO PARADISE for years, ever since local stores began stocking counterfeits of SmartGreenLiving cartridges (they looked like the real thing, but smelled completely different, lasted 10 minutes, and burned my throat). I drove around for weeks looking for the real thing, which wasn't easy since I'm confined by disabilities to local travel ... not to mention also losing a lot of money in the meantime. TOBACCO PARADISE ships only authentic products, the price points are great, the owners and staff are super friendly, and respond to orders immediately. I haven't used this or any tobacco store really nomore than probably 5 times in 3 years but the 3 times just this year I visited To acco Paradise (because they were basically the only store besides one more to the Mt. Belvieu area that had what I was looking for) and I can't remember this young lady cashier's name, but a smaller built younger woman who gave me AMAZING customer service. She knew exactly what I was looking for, where they were in the store and the different options I have with that brand and style and off too could give me a price range. She can hold a decent conversation so she didn't mind that I kinda like to chit chat. read more

Good stop here today for our needs. Supply of many items not necessarily good for us. However...they did have Days O Work plug chewing tobacco which I had not seen for many years and was a favorite way back then. So..got that and loved it. Real black licoricy flavor. Just gotta love it!! Friend was searching for nice cigars and the knowledgeable sales lady helped and offered selections she liked herself. My son just stopped in to purchase chew tobacco product. He asked the cashier to see what the date on the bottom of the can was. He wants to buy tobacco that is fresh, his right. He states that an older lady grabbed a sleeve of tobacco, broke it opened and slapped two on the counter. My son paid for them and left, when a "guy" with piercings and hair pulled back, who was in the store, confronted him at his truck, saying you were pretty rude to those women. Cursed at my son, and my son left. My son called this business and said why did you send him out to confront me...the clerk who answered the phone claims that she didn't send him out. My son stated that it is his right to buy current dated tobacco products, but he will never buy from them again. Horrible customer service! I'll be sure to tell our friends of the service he received. Saw your review, of course you made it sound as if it's all his fault...no apologies, no responsibility on your part! Bottom line is he was a custom who has the right to ask of expiration dates! I'm glad that you're assured that you don't carry expired products...his right is still; he is allowed to ask. This is USA, customer has rights. Sorry if another customer was bent out of shape over this. We now know where to NOT take our business, and we'll let our friends/family know. read more
