The Beauty Spot is definitely the place to get all your poking, prodding, pulling, plucking and…read morerefining or any other unclassified beautification processes done. Their eyebrow waxing is top-notch. You lay on a padded bed, listening to relaxing music while someone adjusts your eyebrows to beauteous perfection, all for less than a tenner. If you need your nether regions waxed too, they'll do it for a reasonable price. Unless you've got something seriously outrageous under your knickers, like a yet-to-be-discovered eco-system. Keep that to yourself. They also specialise in Guinot beauty treatments. Guinot is this French skincare company with really awesome (yet outrageously expensive) products. If you can't afford a full set of Guinot skin products (4 items is minimum £100 or more), get a facial. It won't set you back too much, they range from £25 to £50. OK, so maybe that's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. You'll be glowing so bright after you leave the place people may think you're some kind of spectre and ghost hunters will come after you in droves and you'll be featured in the next Twilight Zone. Or not...you'll just look hot. The service is fantastic. All of the ladies in here know you by name and they treat you like family. If you're a repeat customer they'll give you discounts and free samples from time to time. It's a lovely environment to get beautified.

All the girls are friendly and the treatments performed with care. I think it this a great local salon and offers great value for money compared to many salons up town. I would definately recommend them as the best salon in the Streatham area Sarah

Shockingly Unprofessional - A Lesson for My Vajayjay…read more Booking an appointment here was an unnecessarily stressful exercise in patience. I've bought multiple vouchers since July 2024, and previous experiences had to be refunded because I couldn't get an appointment. Somehow I convinced myself I might have been harsh, so I went back for more. My ego piped up: "They've got great reviews, it must be good." Being 52 has its perks -- one being the ability to spot red flags miles away. Each attempt to book was met with delays, outdated forms I couldn't submit electronically, and visits to a closed clinic. I don't have the patience of a saint; I'd usually chuck it in the fuck-it bucket and move on. But with the alleged "genuine" reviews and endless awards they boast about, it beggars belief that the basics of customer care and communication are missing entirely. I've been going to aesthetics clinics for over 15 years -- threads, fillers, semi-permanent makeup, HIFU, tox, Profhilo, boosters, PRP, fibroblast... you name it. I know what's reasonable, I'm a tweakment curious kinda gal .The way the owner spoke down to me wrapped in jargon and self-importance, felt almost narcissistic as though knowledge only counts if she has it. Except the absurdity peaked when I was asked to complete a Fitzpatrick skin type form (for sun sensitivity) for vaginal HIFU a treatment for mucosal tissue. A standard medical history form is fine, but Fitzpatrick? Completely irrelevant. Yet the clinic insisted it was legally required. When I flagged unprofessionalism, the owner sent a long, defensive lecture about rules, awards, and reviews instead of taking responsibility. Customer care was entirely missing just justification and self-promotion. For a business that claims endless awards, it's encouraging for other clinics to know that exceptional service, humility, and client care aren't prerequisites for recognition. Imagine what they could achieve if humility matched their confidence. I got my voucher refunded, but honestly -- why is an award-winning clinic offering endless heavily discounted vouchers? Curiosity killed the cat, thankfully not my vajayjay. Moral of the story: the universe has a wicked sense of humour. My vajayjay is fine, my intuition is sharper, and perhaps I'm already blessed enough. There are so many excellent clinics out there -- don't judge a book by its cover go where you will be appreciated . Good luck

I had a very similar experience with this clinic and felt extremely let down. There is no real…read moreperson to speak to at any point -- everything is handled through email, and the replies are generic, slow, and not actually helpful. It's impossible to get proper guidance or support when you need it. I also noticed that many of the positive reviews seem to come from students who trained there or from people connected to them, rather than from genuine clients who have paid for treatments. This is misleading and gives a false impression of the clinic's professionalism and service quality. My overall experience was poor, mainly due to the lack of communication and transparency. I would advise others to be cautious and look into this carefully before booking anything.
