Second appointment was a complete nightmare. I came for another arasys session and was made to wait for 30 minutes before I was allowed in because the salon was short staffed. I was working on a very tight schedule so I was there right on time for my session. They even had the nerve to ask me to buy a full 10 sessions course of treatment after this. I said no thank you I will just come in as and when I can. And thank god that's what I chose because I was supposed to have my next session today and it got Cancelled last minute because the therapist is unwell and the two ladies working today are overbooked. Extremely poor organization and people are not experienced enough for the job they are doing. I am not planning to come back here again and will not recommend to anyone.
