He read fine print about extra fee for heavily stained and soiled carpets so when he spoke with owner over phone he explained to him the condition of carpet. We just wanted to refresh carpet in living room and bedroom. The service provider showed up and started complaining about the condition of carpet. He tried to convince my husband to "upgrade" package. Basically he told my husband the job can't be done if we don't "upgrade" the package. I Feel that no matter what your carpet looks like, he says it is too dirty and need to use special machine and charge you EXTRA $$$. Regardless of what you initially agreed to, the price suddenly starts to increase. End up asking to pay $150 more to get same service. Price changing rip offs. My husband told him to leave. We are very disappointed with both, the vendor and Groupon. Avoid these guys!
