They sent me a notice through SMS 15 mins prior to their arrival as well, so I had enough time to prepare. The items arrived, and the staff brought it up to my apartment (building with elevator). They unwrapped it and were very friendly at any point when I wanted to examine the items. I looked through everything. Even the coffee table I bought with the condition 'gently used' looked like new-ish too. Very very pleased.
