They gave me an official quote and promised to pull permits for me. Everything went great and I'm happy with the work. I'm not sure if I'm just extremely happy to be done with my old panel or if they did such a good job. They put in grounding rods, replaced the connection to the line and the meter box. And replaced my old Pushmatic panel with a new Square D panel. All needed desperately. The price was very competitive. The job was done in a timely manner. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!)
