The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He was extremely knowledgeable about his profession, and quite passionate about educating the average "Joe" (me) on how these things work. He let me take a few videos while he bench tested our old motor, which by the way was good, FYI, he told us over the phone that the motor was probably OK and that our issue was most likely caused by faulty contacts, or a bad drum switch, turns out he was spot on an bout that too(bad contacts in the switch) unfortunately for me, I had already pulled it from a big old lathe.
