The entire process has been effortless and the easiest part of the process. Karan gave us a heads up and kept us up to date on what we needed to know, when we needed to know it and really showed us every option in an easy to consider/compare format. She is fast, friendly, and professional and we really enjoyed working with her to knock out the mortgage, but also she is just a really great person and we appreciate everything she did to take care of us. one of the reasons I was interested in using this company is they have a tool called "What IF?" and you can plug in different scenarios to see how it would impact your loan (good and bad). In a year when we are getting married, had to buy a new car and had a parent die, there were a lot of what ifs that came up for us and a lot of situation changes that Karan didn't even blink at and did what was needed to keep us on track. So happy to own our new (and first) home!

I called again a week later, left a voicemail, and didn't hear back. It has been 3 days and unfortunately this type of service doesn't work when you are trying to make an offer.. another review said they were difficult during closing.. so I'm choosing to believe that as well.
