Not too mention, his prices are very competitive. Why didn't I get my screen fixed here, you may ask? I checked with Apple and they said since I have AppleCare, replacing the screen would only be $20. If I ever get a chance to be one of Nathan's customers, you can be sure he's got my business.

Long story short, I was visiting my girlfriend near UCR and this place was a reasonable drive from her apartment so she and I just decided to go. The location itself is situated in what I think is a new office building(?). If it wasn't for the kind receptionist, I would have believed we went to the wrong building. After the receptionist called in, the owner and technician, Greg Swistak, came to greet us in less than a minute. I dropped off my phone with him and went to get cash from a local ATM. 10 minutes later (and $65 in my wallet), I came back and he was done with my phone! Everything went smoothly, and he even gave me a screen protector! In short, great, quick service, and great price for the repair ($65 for Glass/Digitizer Repair). Greg is very friendly and can relate to problems that most of us have with our phones. Great experience overall.

Generally it is a long wait for service, ( I have waited over an hour) and then the people who work there are nice enough, but don't know anymore than the average person about the products... So are not very helpful. My last issue I had with them, involved the purchase of a tablet. My husband and I went to look at the prices and models, talked to a representative about a particular one for about 20 minutes, even pointed out the price difference between models. We were pretty certain on it but wanted to compare prices. We Left, went to other stores, came back because it was the best price, said we will take it..... AND it rang up more expensive than the tag... Significantly more... They didn't change the tag from the sale that ended the night before. And they wouldn't honour it. Big waste of my day, and I should add was physically demanding because I was 8 months pregnant. I was planning on buying a high end DSLR there as well but am definitely and defiantly going somewhere else now.
