The owner Terry Hill has recently said he is going to refund my deposit. I have little trust in any promise he makes. I know of 3 other neighbors who have recently experienced this same breach of contract. Do not pay attention to the reviews that are several years old. This is how he is doing business today. I would also suggest that you review the BBB web sight. There are 3 complaints that have been posted this year that are similar to mine.

AND I was billed $82 for the parts. if I picked them up at the store myself, it would have been about $35 - $40. So far, I've only found 3 reputable contractors on the peninsula. I know how to do the projects, but I wanted a few off my list. I feel sorry for the folks who are stuck paying for this crap because they don't have the skills. I can't imagine what I would have been billed if I rescheduled the two showers. Never call Belks or Taft again.
