He met with us, explained the entire process & met with the adjuster to ensure we could get insurance to cover what was needed. The entire work took about 6 months, due to factors outside of Ashco's control (HOA approval, weather, insurance money, city inspection). Ashco has employees for different roles during a project, but they were all great in staying in constant communication. A company's reputation is not only about their work but also their customer service when issues arise. They did their due diligence in having an HVAC company inspect & note gas lines before starting the roof work. However, accidents do happen & a gas line was punctured near the roof line easement. Evan immediately responded & escalated to the production team in MN. They had a plumber & the roofing crew out first thing the next morning to fix the leak. It took about a week to resolve, not because it could not be fixed, but because there was still a leak somewhere in the line not related to the roof work. Most companies would say, you're on your own, we didn't cause that. But Sean, who was our project manager, made sure the plumber was onsite to resolve the issue until the end (one long stressful week), which turned out to be a faulty connector on the gas gauge, causing the readings to be unsteady. We greatly appreciate Ascho's professionalism & customer care (including their partnerships with plumbers, gutter companies, etc.) and the constant and open communication during this entire project.
