Recently, I had an accident where a woman hit me, and the people in the California Claims Department office have not been returning my calls, and have been terrible. I called this Green Bay office, and spoke to James. I explained my issues to him. He was very understanding towards my anger and frustration, and he made calls to the California office on my behalf. This wasn't even his responsibility but he offered to do it. Since then he has been updating me on the progress of my claim, and he has even gone out of his way to help me improve my policy. Also, in our communication, he has really put a face to his name. I feel like I am working with a real person and not some random number at a call center. If you are looking to switch over to an insurance company where the people know you by name, and you know them, and you get top-rated customer service with the results you expect, then I highly recommend this office.
