I told her I would add it up myself to save her time and me money. Then she changed her mind and told me I needed a single document from my employer stating my overtime, which my employer could not provide. They told me to just add up the overtime myself. I told Jenny this. She then flat out told me that she will not claim my overtime unless I gave her a single document from my employer stating my overtime, and my pay stubs were not acceptable. She then told me I will not get a deduction from my overtime. Using FreetaxUSA all I had to do was insert a dollar amount for my overtime. I was able to deduct another $200 thanks to FreetaxUSA accepting my overtime claim. I paid $0 for Federal and $15.99 for state on FreetaxUSA. Jenny would've charged me $300. Few years later (we continued using turbo tax) or return was way too low, something was wrong with turbo tax, so bright then in and got the right return amount. The process has been easy as well, I just send in my tax info as it comes, they tell me what items to look for, give advice on how to get further deductions and keep more of my money with me through ira accounts and such.
