The condo was beautiful, except for the scary clown artwork. The condo seems to be a new build, with great appliances. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. Communication with Simple Life was good. I received several emails with instructions for check in, garbage service, and check out. The condo is centrally located in Door County. The indoor pool is nice but they seemed to be making improvements to the outdoor pool, which was closed. It claimed to have a fitness center but it only had 4 pieces of equipment. The only negative things I can say about the condo was that is wasn't stocked with many necessities. I would suggest bringing your own towels. We were given 6 for 7 people. We couldn't find any dish towels. They had plenty of dinnerware but the coffee cups were tiny( more like espresso cups, so bring your own). There is a limited amount of serving dishes. We were given two dishwasher pods and laundry pods( once again, bring your own) and one roll of paper towels. There's no Kleenex provided. So while the place is lovely, just know that you will have to bring in some items. And the previous guests left there garbage in the garage. I communicated this to Simple Life and they responded immediately. I didn't want to be blamed for that. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, centrally located condo. We would stay again and use Simple Life in the future.

The house was trashed when we moved in and we spent 3 days literally scrubbing walls and floors because they were dirty and colored on despite being told it would be clean when we moved in. It was an awful experience and I was so happy when the lease ended and I could be away from that over-charging money grubber.

This review is specifically on the property management of Bay Harbor Circle in Ashwaubenon, WI. The management of this property is not transparent enough and responsive to many of the residents of this community. They mostly act as a collection service to tthe Board of Directors and a mouth piece for the board to communicate with the community. That said response at times is to any residents can take from weeks to years to get any feedback or resolution. I would not recommend this Property Management Company to any new HOA' s looking to manage or change there property management.

The appliances are all over ten years old, there's unsanded spackle on the walls, and you will get illegal eviction notices for ridiculous things such as: parking in front of your garage temporarily, and putting a hanging basket on your deck. Whilst other tenants all over the complex have plants, satellite dishes, birdfeeder, chairs, grills, etc on their decks, but if your manager is an unprofessional cretin, you'll come home to lovely, illegal eviction notices on your door for random things that aren't lease violations. Don't rent here. I moved immediately. It's not worth the stress. They're bullies.
