Whenever I tried to discuss concerns or ask questions, I felt I was spoken to disrespectfully. One of the biggest issues involved the flooring in my apartment. The wood flooring had started coming up and became unsafe. I reported the issue after my daughter fell and injured her arm because of the condition of the floor. Instead of handling the repair with concern and urgency, it felt like management became upset that the repair even had to be addressed, which made the situation even more frustrating. While the homes and apartments are nice, the management experience has not been positive. I believe tenants deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and timely responses when serious maintenance and safety concerns are reported.
