Ariel came to my home exactly the day and time we agreed (unlike one of the other competitors). He showed up in what seemed a well equipped Van and was very professional. He seemed very honest. He was the first of three to point out a possible existing electrical connection in the area I was requesting a new one (the other two were from the same popular company). I thought it was something plumbing related. Later that day, he sent the quote as promised at a fair price. We proceeded with the work. The connection he had pointed out was in fact a connection, ultimately saving me money. He completed the rest of the work perfectly and was considerate with everything he did. He covered items with plastic sheets to protect them from dust and damage and cleaned everything he worked on. He brought extra materials just in case, unlike other work we have had where professionals have to make runs to the office or Home Depot. The technicians showed up on-time, we're INCREDIBLY helpful and explained everything to me in a simple way that I could understand.
