Wow my experience with this "law firm" was the complete opposite of what is being said here. I…read morehired him 8 years ago to represent me in a wrongful termination case and also for Social Security disability. For the SSDI case: after being denied a second time, my attorney was to have filed an appeal within 6 weeks. I trusted that he had filed the appeal. 2 years pass with no news. Upon calling SSA directly, I was informed that an appeal was never filed and a whole new application was required.. I took it upon myself to complete an online application which was approved less than 6 months later He let me believe that I had a great case against my former employer and that it was being worked on. Today I asked him what was the date he filed the case with the court because by now I know that the statute of limitations is 2 years. He tells me TODAY, 8 long years later that he never filed the wrongful termination only workers comp which I did not ask for. All this time I was lied to. I could have hired a new attorney to help me. He had no intention of getting me the settlement I deserved so it's beyond me why he took me on as a client. I lost everything because of my termination: my home and all the contents, my car and my teeth due to lack of proper dental care. Now it's too late to recover anything
