They turn on the charm the moment you walk in -- all smiles, all "we'll take great care of you" -- but once your bike is out of sight, the care and professionalism vanish. After a routine service, I noticed new blemishes in my paint. When I asked how they clean the bikes, an associate casually told me they wipe every bike down with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner. On paint. On plastics. On machines people take pride in. That alone says everything about their standards -- and explains the fresh damage. While the bike is on the stand, observations of a Honda Gold Wing being worked on inches away, may be made; as if every motorcycle is just the same lump of metal. No separation, no caution, no respect for different machines or the hardware they require. And the deeper you look, the worse it gets. A technician at a reputable shop later discovered a mangled air filter -- crushed so badly debris could have passed straight into the engine. It was installed by Eurosport Cycle when they installed the exhaust, and the air filter had clearly been forced in and left that way. If it doesn't fit, just smash it in and have the owner deal with replacing the $250 air filter and engine issues, right? When issues surface, I was told that only the owner is allowed to address them -- but he never returns calls. Not once. Not ever. I was left chasing someone who has no intention of taking responsibility or turning a bad situation into a better one. Raise concerns and they're dismissed as "nit picking," as if expecting basic competence is unreasonable. New blemishes in the paint? Brake cleaner used on your bike? Hidden damage? Somehow, it's all considered "wear and tear." However, Eurosport Cycle is doing all the WEARING and the owner's pocketbook is doing all the TEARING. And honestly, what's the point in purchasing a high‑end machine if you can get better service and better care from a more common Japanese dealer? Eurosport Cycle services those too, but I wouldn't trust them with anything -- not even my Schwinn. Working with Eurosport Cycle feels like dealing with insurance: everything is great while you're paying, but the moment you actually need them to perform, the quality falls apart.

BMW Motorcycles of Fort Worth (they were roughly across 820 from here) closed up a while back. I was just winging it for a while, doing all my own work. Who needs a shop? A short time ago, while searching for something on Google Maps, I see BMW Motorcycles. Note to self, I need to check this place out someday. Well that day was last week. At first the BMWs were not jumping out at me. There are a lot of other brands here, and PWCs (Personal Water Crafts). Even those funky low to the ground three-wheeled "motorcycles", pretty sweet! Much more gear and apparel too. Service is toward the back. I was hoping I might recognize someone, but I didn't. I enjoyed looking around, but it's not the same feel as the Motorrad shop. Sigh. Ordered online with SeaDoo; received a cover for the more common PWC that does not have the suspension system. I went into the store and asked for assistance in the return or exchange process for a $250 cover. They said they could not help me. Is this where I will buy my next SeaDoo; I think NOT! Even Starbucks does a better job at combining Sales and Customer Service.

I was going to buy 2 units today for $29,000 out the door. They would not sell them to me. They marked up the units to $33,200. That's $4,200 elevated, even after paying full MSRP. The extra $4200 was all built into their Freight and Prep/Assembly. If FRT from Sea-Doo is $475 for one dealer, it's the same for every dealership within 40 miles. I feel like my time was wasted. They literally turned me away rather than sell without an inflated Freight and Assembly profit.

Mike, the owner is very sharp, knows his way around just about any bike out there. They have always been quick to diagnose my issues, and with a full shop, have tried their very best to get my bike back to me quickly. The shop has that old school vibe, you won't find a fancy waiting area here, or tvs set up to sit around. The front show room staff have that good ole boy vibe, and will make sure that if they don't have the part I'm looking for, they will find it for me. The building is a little older, easy access from 2 streets, and a quick turn around on oil changes and tire jobs. Don't listen to the bad reviews on here, people have bad days, and nobody is perfect. If you want a shop that has the parts in stock, especially for older models, can do the service work at an honest price, then this is the shop for you. If you want the fancy waiting room, with couches and coffee machines, then go to the stealership and expect to pay more than twice the price. ​

Well that changed, the Service level dropped significantly, I think mostly due to office personnel but it also was reflected in poor tire service. I had tires put on and the front tire simply would not hold air. While on long rides, I would have it checked, eventually spending $150 for people to "Clean" the rim but only have it continue leaking air. I kept trying to get Reeds to look at it but kept getting put off, time and time again, and never having phone calls returned. I finally took it to a reputable tire service who took the tire off the bike and showed me how the tire 1) had been pinched from original install at Reeds, but likely not causing the leak but 2) showed the massive amount of build up on the Rim that should have been cleaned up during the install but obviously was not. He thoroughly cleaned it, reinstalled the tire and 2 months later, not a single pound of air has been leaked. I had been a loyal customer at Reeds for at least 3 years and would still be today but poor Customer service and questionable mechanics, particularly having to do with Tires, which are pretty critical on motorcycles, will prevent me from ever coming back. There may have been mitigating circumstances but I gave Reeds multiple opportunities to make things right and absolutely no effort was made. Be careful where you take your motorcycle for service, not only did they do me wrong, but on two occasions due to not holding up their end of the deal, they cost me travel plans/rides that had been bought and paid for that I was unable to make due to their failed service agreements.
