Ordered online with SeaDoo; received a cover for the more common PWC that does not have the suspension system. I wasted too much time preparing to buy 2 Sea-Doos from this place. I hope everyone will do your research before they negotiate a deal for you. I was willing to pay 100% MSRP, + Tax, + Title & Registration, AND full Freight and Prep/Assembly. Once I dissected the numbers, they marked up the Freight and Prep/Assembly $2,000 (per SeaDoo) more than 4 other Sea-Doo dealers I spoke with. I was going to buy 2 units today for $29,000 out the door. They would not sell them to me. They marked up the units to $33,200. That's $4,200 elevated, even after paying full MSRP. The extra $4200 was all built into their Freight and Prep/Assembly. If FRT from Sea-Doo is $475 for one dealer, it's the same for every dealership within 40 miles. I feel like my time was wasted. They literally turned me away rather than sell without an inflated Freight and Assembly profit. read more

Bradley niles gave the worst posible customer service anyone could ever give !!! I reached out to the dealer looking for a maverick max, he try selling it for 36k the unit was 28,834 with tax 30k max. I checked him on the price and he said fine come get it, keep in mind this dealer and my bank did all the paper work sent the draft over and all I had to do was go pick it up and sign some paper work. I told this guy I was from Houston and due to work I was going to be there Saturday 2 days later from the time we did the paper work. I assumed that by doing all that the unit was basically mines and should have been reserved somehow the deal was there but guess what happened I drove 5 hours because I have 2 young kids and we had to make stops along the way. I stayed at a hotel because I drove Friday after work left Houston at 6pm and I told Bradly I'm on my way and I'll Pick the unit tomorrow morning. Saturday comes and come to find out he sold the unit to someone else for 5k more then was offering, that's not my problem my problem come where was the integrity and your word at ? Why couldn't you told me you was going to pull something slick like that and wait till the morning to tell me oh I sold your unit and get out of here dude leave and don't ever come back he said. If I could leave ZERO stars I would ! The guys in the service department are ignorant. They had my Honda Aquatrax F12 for 2 1/2 months and $600 later it's still not fixed. I called weekly to find out the status and was always given another excuse. We kept being told they would lake test on Tuesday, then it failed test. I was charged for two different sensors that didn't fix the issue so they obviously were not broken and didn't need replaced. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Ft Worth Motorsports. read more

First off, I want to say that the Fort Worth Motorsports sales team (Butch and crew) are not what I'm writing about. Butch and his sales guys are truly fantastic, knowledgeable down to earth guys. My concern is with the Service Department lead by Tony P. Frick. I've gone to numerous service departments and specialty custom shops here in the Metroplex and Tony is by far the rudest, most condescending, and disorganized shop manger I've ever run into (I'm not implying that all Shop Managers are rude by any means). I have no idea, why he's even in that position, as it's obvious that he no longer enjoys his chosen career path... supposedly doing this for "41 years" (his words, not mine). We brought in a 2013 CBR600RR that was purchased at this location with an extended warranty (NOTE***the bike isn't raced and is actually "babied" like one of our own children. I seriously doubt if it has ever seen rain). We had the initial service performed and the 4000 mile service to include spark plug replacements performed at this shop (plugs were changed 2000 miles ahead of the actual service/inspection interval because we are fairly particular about maintenance with our bikes and wanted them replaced after the rings were finally seating). This was never annotated in their records department correctly, and subsequently during an incident with the ignition coil on the first pot coming undone and the plug stripping out the head and taking it back with 11000 miles on it, we were told that they wouldn't honor the extended coverage warranty before we even had the opportunity to try and dig up receipts for what was done. Once we had the receipts in hand, Tony backtracked and indicated that there was service done on the bike but that what was annotated didn't show plugs replaced. We had the receipt showing plugs purchased the same day as the bike was serviced. Looks like when they replaced the existing plugs with new, it wasn't annotated on the service record, although we have receipts. As it stands I'm in for a Helicoil repair or a new head due to this shops shoddy record keeping. Bottom line, I will never go back to this shop for service or new equipment (sorry Butch), and I doubt that I'll go to any dealership that has Brad Niles name or his family's attached to it; Fort Worth Motorsports, Cowtown Powersports, or Arlington Motorsports...as I'm tired of being berated, and cussed at when trying to have a civil conversation about what happened at their location with one of his employees. The owner and parts manager should face fraud charges. They will take your money and never fulfill any commitment. After ordering a part from them and paying in full, I not only lost my overnight freight cost they invoiced the correct part number and shipped what they needed to move that did not match the invoice. I returned it the same day and now they will not honor ANYTHING. Money completely lost. I can only hope that Honda hears enough to pull their "authorized dealer" status. Worst customer service ever!! I went in and asked for 4 wheel cylinders for my quad. They only had 3 in stock so I took those with, had to order the 4th. The 3 they handed me fit perfect, the 4th when it finally arrived was for the wrong side. They had already given me that one. I went in and the idiot told me I was out of luck and had to pay for the right one even though it was their mistake. They looked it up and ordered it wrong or their inventory was off, not sure what their mistake was but it was not the part I needed. In his words " it's like going to the Dr and getting misdiagnosed, you have to go to another Dr and get the right diagnosis and suffer the consequences by having to pay him too." So now I have to pay for the part again due to their incompetence. I asked him if that was really how they did business and he proudly said "yes, that's how we've always done business." Ridiculous!! I'm in the market for another SXS, guess who's NOT getting my $$ even though they're the closet to my house. I'll gladly drive futher to get actual customer service because at this place it's non-existent. read more

Took my GL1500 in for a new tire. When I went to pick it up Tony the service manager said the wheel rim was bent. I'd washed it before I brought it in and ensured him it wasn't bent when I brought the bike in. I also asked Tony why he didn't let me know before he replaced the tire- no answer. I called and spoke to the owner- Niles- who stood by Tony. I want to support local family owned businesses but I recommend steering clear of Ft Worth Motorsports. read more

This place is the worst I've ever been to and I didn't even purchase anything. I went with a buddy of mine from out of town to purchase some seadoo's. They were very unprofessional and didn't want to answer questions that were being asked. Anyways he bought them and drove 5 hours back to his home and the next day he tries to start them and one doesn't start. He calls them and they say is there is nothing they could do since the paperwork had been signed and he would have to go and get them fixed. That's trash. So I would suggest going somewhere else unless you want to be writing what happened to you next. read more

Gave fwm a chance as they were the only ones that would work on our seadoo boat.... went in for an impeller and wear ring.... was satisfied for the first 5 minutes on the water than my Jett pump bearings exploded.... oil/grease was forgotten during reassembly. Ok no biggie. It happens. Chance number 2. Rebuild pump. And supplied parts to have other impeller and wear ring changed out. Ran great for a few trips.... now the same Jett pump has issues again and won't produce thrust for that motor.... had a seadoo mechanic visually check it over,.... the supplied parts to have them change out never got changed out. But was charged for it... was charged for labor on the Jett pump rebuild which was not my fault (ok with that as s**t happens). Was told everything was inspected and gone through during the repairs. None of that happened as I'm sitting here with a boat that doesn't move.... absolutely will not be back. Tony in service was great to me but the work done to our boat was very dissatisfying. What now bothers me the most is I provided an impeller (very hard to find for someone that is not a dealer) and a new wear ring for them to install. The wear ring is in the engine compartment shelf, and no impeller.... so not only was the tasks not performed, but I was charged for labor on it. And now missing half the parts I provided.... super disappointing and will never recommend services here. Gave multiple chances as the boat is 20 years old and hard to find places to service them.... highly recommend sending your vessels or bikes elsewhere. read more

Worst Place ever. PAID US BACK OUR REFUND IN PENNIES..20000 OF THEM.... A Buddy of mine went to purchase and finance a motorcycle from this guy (White guy in his 30's...runs the show...probably the owner's kid) was working with him. My buddy's financing was falling through and so my buddy requested a refund. The guy had him to sign a statement that he would not pursue the matter any further, nor tell others about his experience. "Sign it and I'll give you your money back." He signed it. He had us follow him to the door and he pointed at a box, and said "There's your $200 bucks." The guy paid him is money back in pennies. Have you ever seen 20000 pennies? I did that day. I already contacted Honda Incorporated, seeing as they are a dealer and they represent that product. I've never seen anyone treat a customer like this in my life. Good luck if your financing falls through and you make a $2000 down payment. read more
