Going Back to GSXR Eurosport Cycle is the classic wolf in sheep's clothing. They turn on the charm the moment you walk in -- all smiles, all "we'll take great care of you" -- but once your bike is out of sight, the care and professionalism vanish. After a routine service, I noticed new blemishes in my paint. When I asked how they clean the bikes, an associate casually told me they wipe every bike down with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner. On paint. On plastics. On machines people take pride in. That alone says everything about their standards -- and explains the fresh damage. While the bike is on the stand, observations of a Honda Gold Wing being worked on inches away, may be made; as if every motorcycle is just the same lump of metal. No separation, no caution, no respect for different machines or the hardware they require. And the deeper you look, the worse it gets. A technician at a reputable shop later discovered a mangled air filter -- crushed so badly debris could have passed straight into the engine. It was installed by Eurosport Cycle when they installed the exhaust, and the air filter had clearly been forced in and left that way. If it doesn't fit, just smash it in and have the owner deal with replacing the $250 air filter and engine issues, right? When issues surface, I was told that only the owner is allowed to address them -- but he never returns calls. Not once. Not ever. I was left chasing someone who has no intention of taking responsibility or turning a bad situation into a better one. Raise concerns and they're dismissed as "nit picking," as if expecting basic competence is unreasonable. New blemishes in the paint? Brake cleaner used on your bike? Hidden damage? Somehow, it's all considered "wear and tear." However, Eurosport Cycle is doing all the WEARING and the owner's pocketbook is doing all the TEARING. And honestly, what's the point in purchasing a high‑end machine if you can get better service and better care from a more common Japanese dealer? Eurosport Cycle services those too, but I wouldn't trust them with anything -- not even my Schwinn. Working with Eurosport Cycle feels like dealing with insurance: everything is great while you're paying, but the moment you actually need them to perform, the quality falls apart. read more

I absolutely wholeheartedly can recommend Eurosport Cycle for anyone for anything regarding the products they sell, customer service and most importantly to me is the quality of character of the owners of this dealership. I can't stress enough just what fine people they are. I know things happen and you can't please everyone all the time but these people make every effort to listen and treat everybody fairly and make it right! I stand by that statement! In a nutshell, they're hard to work with. They do not return phone calls, purportedly because they are so busy. But to me, if you're THAT busy, hire more staff. The service department is competent, but so overloaded it can take weeks to MONTHS to get an appt to get your bike fixed. They've had my 2020 Triumph for two weeks now, after a month and a half long wait to get it in, and I have no idea when I'm going to get it back. read more

Matt & Parker are super helpful and great assets in service dept. Store has undergone a remodel enlarging their showroom floor so they have more bikes now than ever. They sell bikes on consignment which makes it super easy to sell your bike without the hassles of selling by owner, for a minimal fee. Martha, owner & operator is very welcoming & will help answer any questions, being an avid rider herself, is very knowledgeable about her in stock bikes. Nothing against the dealership but I bought a 20/20 speed twin the brakes are already out after 3200 MI and I bought the bike with 2200 they said two year warranty you would think that would include the brakes from the time I bought the bike I bought the bike just below retail just sucks you pay all this money on a motorcycle but you have to put more money in and you don't get a full warranty really disappointing I'm going to go back to Japanese bikes as soon as I get rid of my speed twin they are a piece of craps tramp doesn't build a good motorcycle anymore that's my opinion read more

Dealerships......normally a problem. Unless they are an institution. Then you can expect a slightly higher level of quality. Eurosport stands out as a premeire Euro Bike Institution. They sell Triumph, Ducati, Motoguzzi and Aprilia. Used of all kinds as well. The staff are freindly knowledgeable and the dealership is well kept and not full of so much flash that one might be overwhelmed. I'm astonished by their openness on prices and times to resolve issues. I've always spoke with Les in the shop to get ideas on maintenance, cost and scheduling. He has been honest and over-delivered to me everytime. You still pay a premium for the parts because they are expensive parts, but the hourly cost estimates are always well within reason. I have a 2011 Ducati Diaval carbon. Haven't used it in 1.5 years. Of course it doesn't start. I called them and they said to get it there whenever I wanted. I trailered it there 5 hrs. They were ready for my bike. They even unloaded it from the trailer. Very quick in-and-out !! My bike was ready in the time promised. They called me about the repairs and the cost. They even stored it for me until I was ready to get out there again. When I did get out there, they were ready with my bike. Helped tie it down on my trailer. They even had it washed !! Looked beautiful. This place is very professional. Great communication. Great repair job. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased our Triumph Trophy from this dealer. Sale went horribly. Huge hassles. The last experience was dismal when we took the bike in for repair. We had a safety recall and we cannot be assured this work was done. We left the bike for service on May 28 and just picked it up on July 3rd. We were getting the front fork seals replaced but it took over a month and the whole entire time they had our bike, it was stored outside in Texas: spring storms and vicious heat. We cannot be sure any of the work was done. Contacting Triumph was even worse customer service. As much as we love the Trophy, it has been discontinued and soon we won't be able to find parts. We will likely not return to Triumph and we will NOT be a customer of Eurosport Cycle. All we ever get from Triumph is the runaround--Triumph corporate or any dealer. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. A good group of people work here! Friendly people who care about their products and want to ensure you are happy. I went here to go test ride on one of their demo days and stayed there over an hour just talking to people having a good time. (free food to) How many places do you know will let you get on an rsv4? It's hard to find dealerships that let you test ride some of the motorcycles you had so that already puts them a step above everyone else. If you are looking for gear keep in mind this place doesn't have a huge selection and what it does have either has ducati or triumph on the product. I personally don't believe this is a big deal, this is a dealership people! read more

I was absolutely blown away after working with EC's team to get my Storm customized. I changed my mind a few times about which items I wanted, including the addition of some cosmetic changes, yet through every twist and turn, EC's Parts and Service team were very accommodating and supportive. What truly left an impression on me was that I could really sense their passion for enabling the customer to get his bike "just right" at their shop. It was clear that everyone had a sense of ownership of the total customer experience. Having purchased motorcycles at several dealerships in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I speak with experience when I say that Eurosport Cycle truly stands head and shoulders above all others! After completing the customization of the Storm, there was no doubt in my mind as to where I should go to buy the 2014 Commander. Once again, I had a remarkable experience from purchase to completion of break in. As my accessories were being fitted yesterday, one of the other technicians took the time to point out a few scuffs in the clear coat of my rear fender, and he buffed them out for me while the dresser bars were being mounted. I have never experienced this level of service! It is nothing short of amazing! All the technicians made sure I was pleased with the fitment of the accessories, and again I could really sense their passion for providing excellent customer service. This is the way Bike shops should be. They sale the best selection of European bikes and treat everyone as a friend. Yes, I am one of those guys that will stop by to talk because these people are so welcoming and prideful of the quality of the products they carry. After spending over $3k plus on having an older Moto Guzzi put back on road. A pair of new shocks were put on by Eurosport. The left rear shock came off its lower mount and the top was loose. Looking at the top hardware there was no sign of blue lock tight. I showed Tony the owner the disconnected shock. Asked if he had seen something like that before. But instead of saying let's see if we have the hardware, went into legal speak with multiple scenario of how it could of happen. Sad response. Instead of having an ongoing customer. I'll go else where. Bet you can guess how I'll respond about Eurosport. Less than $20 of hardware solved the problem read more

The BMW 2002 K1200LT they advertised wasn't upfront with it's used condition. After my purchase and getting it home, Front tire was 8 years old, rear tire was new but not load rated for the bike(not safe), one horn doesn't honk, I counted 32 missing body screws, the cover for the engine air filter was missing(thus air to the engine wasn't being filtered), catalytic converter had gotten hot enough to melt the plastic side piece right above it, left side anchor for the gas tank threads were stripped and the other side no wrench would fit the knarled anchor bolt. Chrome piece around the tip over bracket on right side was broken. Bolts holding the J-Pegs were bent. Taped up hole in the headlight glass. H7 low beam burnt out. None of this was mentioned to me over the phone nor when I arrived for a test ride and could not be seen in any of the numerous pictures in the Ad. Also most of these things could not be seen w/o removing all the side panels. So I don't believe the sales person had ever actually looked at the bike before I arrived. Famous sayings were "I didn't notice that". I lived to far away to return it, so I'll take the blame for not refusing to make the purchase while I was at their dealership.. Since they were selling this bike for someone else the previous owner should have been responsible enough to clue them in on the bikes used condition. They did provide me with a TX license # so I could ride it until I got it registered in my State. read more

Eurosport has ripped me off more than once over the years. Do not leave your proverbial wallet unprotected and protect your back if you patronize their shop. I would recommend looking at another dealer for sales, service, or parts first. I think it is a character issue and they don't appear to be naturally trustworthy unless they have no option. A typical mom and pop shop with little corporate oversight. YMMV and if you are buying a bike there undoubtedly the red carpet and best behaviour will be out. read more

Great group of guys here. Brought 1098 bike in for rear tire change. Took them about 10-15 minutes on a Saturday! I had not finished my cup of coffee yet before they were done. Will probably go back there to have 7500 mile service done. read more
