This business came very highly recommended by a co-worker that I trusted, but I haven't had good…read moreexperiences. The office is run by young women who are barely literate and very unprofessional. They handle emails and the front desk for Tami, the owner, who is always unavailable. I can barely read them, and they are sent like a text, not a professional correspondence. And those only come after I send several emails asking for a status update on the issue I need them to respond on. It's frustrating as hell. When I first met Tami, she seemed competent, but it's been straight downhill ever since. I really don't know how she stays in business. I used her services for a few years until I moved to a town further away, but I keep getting letters about problems with my taxes from those years from the IRS, and absolutely no help or feedback from her. If you value your time and energy, go somewhere else. You're just wasting it doing business here. I'm very sorry I ever took my co-worker's advice.

I'm so sad. I've had my taxes done here for 25 years, but this year was awful. No answered or…read morereturn phone calls for weeks, no taxes filed by 4/15, no extension noted by the IRS. Not responding to customers is inexcusable for any business. I stopped in and was told an extension was filed and they would call me by noon the next day. Of course, no call, no phone response. Stopped in again during posted business hours - the door was locked with a curtain across. At this point I just want my paperwork back but it looks like I'm going to have to figure out how to replace it all on top of paying the late filling fee. ​Things may happen but the lack of any response has been infuriating!
