Then they told us, there would be a free alignment check and brake check on the car if you bought the 4 Tyres which we did, and they told us "oh, you have to ask for it". I though a very clear, "ye, please", "that would be great" was asking for the service, but apparently not! And the people doing the work had apparently left for the day, so come back tomorrow! The young person working the desk is very inapt at his job! He is careless, somewhat lazy and lax in his duties! Maybe he is related to the owner otherwise if I had a person like him managing my front desk, I would fire him, because I would lose so many customers through his sheer ineptitude!
