He said no problem, drop it off and they would just squeeze it in. He said it would be $11. I dropped the tire and rim off he stated it would be done shortly. So I ran around and did a few things and stopped by 2 1/2 hours later and the rim and tire were still sitting where they had placed it. I asked them how long till it was done and they said, "oh, yeah, maybe 45 minutes to AN hour. I told him I would just take it to Tire Mart and he said OK! Almost like my business was unwanted. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my entire life. I will not be doing business with them again.

Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Got it back,drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. It shouldn't be my problem. Clowns. Got it back again and had the same problem again. Took it back again. Hopefully it's fixed this time. Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier. Wow,What a waste of time and money this experience was. Not recommended. Clowns

I was told the transmission needed rebuilding, the front hub needs repairing and the radiator need replacing also, I agreed for them to do the repairs. They repaired the items they discussed with me quickly, I have no problems with that. What really got me is when the owner's daughter ( the receptionist) called and told me to get my truck off their lot today. I went in paid the remaining balance only to find out it was an incomplete repair. The technician that worked on my truck was no longer worked there and the owner stated that it was in great working condition. After inspecting my truck I was not able to get it into 4 wheel drive, the gear selector was not working and antifreeze was all over the radiator not sure it was leaking or sloppy work. I will update according to what was done about this incident.

In the initial planning stages, I knew based on the mileage on my 2022 Subaru that I'd need an oil change somewhere around North Dakota or Montana. I looked up Subaru dealerships along Interstate-90 in those states. I decided on Kramer Subaru based on nothing but the mileage on my odometer and the distance I calculated traveled during my road trip. While spending the night in a motel in Fargo, ND, I called Kramer Subaru and verified that I could pop in for an oil change the next day. The person who answered said it would be best to make an appointment, but I told them I couldn't because I didn't know what time I'd be arriving. The next morning I drove through freezing rain on the interstate for hours, a few times having to slow down to 35 mpg just to keep from spinning out on the ice on the road. When I arrived at Kramer Subaru my car was covered in ice. I told them a bit of my story. Road trip to Seattle (to start with) and that I'd just driven in from Fargo. They seemed a bit perplexed, and the service employee who helped me (Michael) said they were supposed to have an insurance specialist drive in from Fargo that morning, but he called and said he couldn't make it because the roads were too icy. I wanted to ask if he was not driving a Subaru, but I refrained. Kramer Subaru was amazing. Their service was super-quick for a pop in, and they were exceptionally helpful, even looking up the weather westward for me and giving me tips for driving into Montana. The price for the oil change was less than what I used to pay for oil changes on my old VW Passat 4-Motion. If I'm ever in Mandan, ND again, I'd go back to Kramer Subaru for sure...but since I never will be, I can at least leave this review in gratitude for a great experience.

Due to the warranty my daughter went ahead with the repairs, but it was a waiting game because of the extent, and my daughter had to be at a job in Wyoming. The manager Brad Williams, and his crew helped my daughter, and me every step of the way. Calls were returned promptly. Clear communication was given. I just can't thank Brad, and his staff enough for helping my daughter out of a very tough jam that could have been made worse, but instead went as smoothly as possible thanks to this exceptional staff.

I was told by a friend that lives in Bismarck to visit Trusted Tire & Auto 5216 OTTAWA STREET, Bismarck, ND. Jaeger was my tech I worked with. OUTSTANDING Representative. They took the tire off and he gave me the bad news. There was slim long nail in the side/top of the tire and they would not guarantee that a patch would work. I told him I bought a brand new tire / rim several years ago and I had it in the back of my truck. They pulled the tire off of that rim and put it on the existing matching rims on my truck. Now the kicker the rim I purchased was only a 5 hole rim vs. the 6 hole rims on my truck. I never paid that much attention to the tire and rim thinking the tech knew what they were doing. Wrong. So I now have a 20 inch rim that does not fit my truck. I told Jaeger Merry Christmas he could have it. I still have the original spare on my truck underneath. It is always great to work with people that are honest and get the job done!!!! More importantly I am going to 18 inch tires from 20 inch tires. I asked them to give to me a price quote on the tires I wanted. Back in my home town the tire dealership I am working with would price match any other dealers. Trusted Tire & Auto quoted a price of $1400 vs. the $2200 back home. Huge difference. If my home town dealer does not match this price I will be driving back to Bismarck for the business. Got friends and relatives here so a great vacation can be had. THANKS AGAIN TO TRUSTED TIRE & AUCTO and Jaeger for your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called around town and not many shops could work on diesels (2005 Duramax), or if they could they were booked out a week and up. I got in touch with Advanced Fleet and they said they were also booked out but understood my situation and they were willing to at least diagnose the issue if they had time that day. I arrived and they shuffled vehicles around and got the truck on a lift, pin pointed it was the water pump. They were booked out a good bit as well to do the work, but they moved appointments around and got me an appointment a few days later. Which no one else in town could do. These guys knocked out my water pump with zero issues and even allowed me to use military discount (as I'm active duty). I was also provided a shuttle service to and from the shop.
