When it's cold it almost breaks but when it's room temp it's smooth like whipped topping almost. It's far from whipped topping you'll find at Meijer or Walmart (which I don't like!). She made an incredible selection for their training kick off and had them delivered to camp. A year later, I was an "expectant grandma" and had several dozen baby cupcakes delivered to camp as well for my daughter.
