Austin did a great job on our pool deck earlier today, we couldn't be more pleased. We wanted to get the pool area cleaned up prior to the holiday, and he totally came through for us. Initially he wanted to stop by on the actual holiday (Monday), but was able to visit Sunday instead, as the weather forecast took a turn for the worse for the Memorial Day holiday. He had great communication, showed wonderful flexibility, and a did a bang up job. I can't remember the last time the pool patio looked so great. I needed to have my gutters cleaned out and was thinking about having eaves and soffits cleaned as well. After reviewing providers in my local area I got three quotes and Austin was the first to responded via email. I asked Austin to come out to make sure he had assessed accordingly and he came out the next morning. After he explained exactly what he was going to do, I asked him about cleaning the eaves and soffits and downspouts, he said he could do it all right then and there and the price was great. Austin came well equipped and all I provided was the water. He spent about a half cleaning out the gutters and then another hour and a half spraying the eaves, soffits, downspouts, windows, doors, front porch, garage doors, and more. I couldn't be more satisfied, and my wife said wow! He did a fantastic job! When I was looking for a cleaning company to clean my roof a neighbor highly recommended Like New Wash. When i called Austin answers immediately which was surprising since I had been getting answering machines all day. He was warm and friendly and was able to get me a quote on the spot which was also refreshing. I found his prices to be extremely reasonable and my neighbor said he was the best. The day of my appointment Austin came prompt and with a friendly greeting. It was very nice speaking with him before hand and he made me feel confident that he was going to take care of my house.
