However, after the experience first hand, I believe this is an outstanding approach and much different from the model where they task doctors to see hundreds of patients and charge as much as possible. This membership model is affordable, but more so my new Primary Care Doctor at Family Tree Primary Care took time to go over all my concerns as well as what she wanted to go over too in great detail. I did not feel rushed and I did not feel like another number. Everything was clearly explained and the discounts for a wide variety of services ranging from bloodwork to scanning, medications to other tests are outstanding. I believe this model of patient engagement, connection and authentic concern for health and wellness is a great alternative to the popular and less effective primary care model that is out there. To me, this is the future of patient care, where a patient is cared for as the individual person.

I call back on the day of my appointment to cancel due to being unable to attend the appointment. Staff asked do I want to reschedule I advise not at this time. Fast forward 2 months later I get a bill saying I owe $37.10 for a no call no show. I'm not even a patient there I never visit the facility. I call and apologize but I was not aware of there rules or did not received any paperwork that state the no call/no show fee. I was told it was a verbal agreement when I call to set up the appointment. I asked to hear the call because it was not express to me over the phone. They advise they don't record calls and charge still stand. I was send another bill in Jan 2020 putting me in collections. So the doctor office is ruining my credit before I even a patient. Good way to create a new clientele relationship. I will be disputing this charge in the collection. This company is money hungry and trying to bill a new patient that never been to there office 2 month later is ridiculous. Please do not give your insurance card info over the phone if you decided to become a new patient because they will used it to bill you even when you are not a patient. I will never give my insurance information over the phone as a new patient again unless I'm physically in the doctor office ready to be seen. You been warned.
