Man, entering all that "new patient stuff" in the computer must be a real drag! It wasn't an urgent appointment and had I been greeted and treated appropriately I would've scheduled for next month. The attitude was a MAJOR turn off. Just hope the physicians are aware the receptionists/appointment person is running off new potential patients. Your support staff can make or break your business no matter how good YOU are!

She was in call at Altamonte Hospital and said to go to the ER there. A friend drive me and I was admitted. She came to see me after blood tests and said "You just couldn't wait til next week Hunh?"
