You can go through multiple times as is the case with all of these drive-thru car washes these days. Quality - If you do it enough, it gets there. Previously mentioned, one can select levels of cleanliness. They chose the scale of SPF, so you can choose from 10 to 50. It's an auto-wash so it'll never be as good as a hand wash. But, it's an auto-wash so you can do it over and over. Value - You don't think one pass is enough? Go through again! And again, etc. It works out just fine but it's not a mega-chain car wash so this is the only location. Pretty sure. They enjoy giving my dog a treat. It's a sizeable one so she takes it to a chair and makes a mess. And that's a good reason to have vacuums in the stalls after. It's a gigantic central vacuum so you just take the extension. They also have towels and glass cleaner. Down the street from the South Davis place so it's mighty convenient if going to Sac. Or not.

Based on Greg's bizarre advice, I washed my car at a cheapo self serve car wash before driving home. While my dad didn't give a rat's ass about how clean my car was: "Where were you?!!" vs. my hoped-for "check out those white sidewalls and the freshly waxed exterior!" I did discover the delights of washing my own car that day and it's stuck with me since. With a few quarters I could suds away the crud and dead bugs and have a clean car in the midst of life's chaos. So, as a frugal Midwesterner, I love to save money and do my own labor. Damn, car washes in California are so fancy- subscriptions, multi step, $10-25? Guess what- I'd just as soon spend good money on lunch than spend on a car wash . It's going get dirty again, right? So I have become an expert at searching out cheap car washes. Usually on the wrong side of the tracks, with an old fashioned dial selection and a five dollar bill to quarters changer if you're going to be fancy. Imagine my THRILL at stumbling on this great example of a classic American car wash while in woodland a couple of weeks ago. Is that sign mid century modern! I love it! The spray was strong and the soap sudsy. There isn't a timer so you have the added incentive to Hustle! They don't have a change machine but an actual person on site who can give you quarters. You can thank me (and Greg) later after you try the car wash distraction technique on a loved one "(insert major violation) but look at the clean car!" Get to it!

I rent a big Suburban for my…read morework and crew to get around when we're on location and we get it pretty dirty sometimes with all the dirt roads and mud sometimes, and I don't wanna get hit with an excessive dirty charge when I return it, so there self service pressure washing places like Splash Zone really work out well. Two sessions at around I think it was $3 in quarters cleaned the big SUV. Not maybe totally spotless but good enough to avoid a extra dirty charge. The pressure is good, first soap wash then a high pressure rinse. Sometimes, I can get some of my crew to dry the SUV off, but you know, what works well is we just drive fast on the freeway and it blows all the water off for the most part. Just watch for the cops! I hope the inside isn't too dirty to return! Never got hit yet with an extra dirty charge.

I got my car detailed for the second time by Ivan's today. I normally detail myself and am very…read moremeticulous, but nothing beats a professional wax job. This time, I had recently gotten back from a 10 day trip down to San Diego and back via the coast, so while my car wasn't really dirty (I put it through a touchless car wash about a week ago), the exterior was definitely in need of some love. The first time I got my car detailed, Ivan's staff came out and washed the car thoroughly, used a clay bar, and polished. I was really happy with the result. I just moved into a new house and hadn't gotten around to buying a hose, so I wasn't even sure if Ivan would be able to do an exterior detail. We corresponded via text and he assured me that he had all the supplies he needed and we made a plan for him to come to my house first thing in the morning. He arrived on time and got right to work. He used a waterless cleaner with clay to start, cleaned and dressed the tires, wiped down the windows, and polished. He answered my questions about the products he used and even recommended a plastic restorer he sells. In the morning sun and with my mask fogging up my glasses, I missed some bugs on the side mirrors and front end during my initial inspection. I also noticed that the wheel wells were still really dirty. I took pictures and let Ivan know, and he came back in the afternoon to clean everything up. He even offered to throw in a bottle of the plastic conditioner he had mentioned, which was a nice gesture. I'm pretty happy with the result, though I still think a proper wash would have removed some of the dirt and hard water built up in some crevices. I'll do a hand wash later in the spring to take care of that. While I'm not as happy this second time as the first, I would definitely ask Ivan to detail my car again and am willing to bump up to a 5 star review for a really spotless finish.

Had my car serviced in July, I got my car back and I noticed nothing changed after it still felt…read moremessed up. I called them to ask them what was done to my vehicle, and they told me they can't give me a confirmation because the invoice was already paid? I took the car to the dealership after, and they confirmed nothing was complete on the car, nor replaced. They charged me $800 for labor and parts. Now my number is blocked, and every time I call with another phone they hang up once they hear my voice, very shady shop.

Alan has the patience of a saint. A little less than a year…read moreago, my windshield was cracked by a screw or something falling inside the carwash. It stressed me out because I already went through another local carwash damaging my car and them weaseling their way out of any liability. Thankfully 7Flags caught it on video so there was no doubt. They were very honest about being at fault and sent me to a local glass vendor to have my windshield replaced. Fast forward to November. The sensors on my car were acting up ever since the windshield was replaced. It wasn't a problem until the automatic braking kicked in when it should not have and caused me to dead stop on a busy street. It was incredibly dangerous and my trust in the vehicle was shaken. Then comes the annual oil change for my car. We had been planning to go on a trip that upcoming weekend and needed an oil change and for Subaru to look at the sensor issue as it was a major safety concern. We find out from Subaru that the windshield replaced was not OEM and the sensors were not calibrated correctly. Turns out with these new cars, only the dealers or someone with an authorized copy of the software, can calibrate the sensors. They also cannot be disabled. Ultimately it looked like the job we had done months prior was botched and due to the safety concern, the windshield needed to be replaced once again and calibrated by Subaru. We expressed this concern to the vendor who initially changed the windshield and he was less than cooperative with our needs. We reached back out to 7Flags where we spoke to Alan about the situation. Alan worked with us one on one while communicating between the original glass vendor, Subaru of Fairfield, and his supervisors at 7Flags. Due to some communication hiccups we had to inform Subaru to work with Alan as the original glass vendor was becoming less civil about the situation. Thankfully 7Flags, once again, covered the repair. This time it was done correctly through the dealership. We are so thankful that 7Flags is an upstanding company that takes responsibility in its mistakes. Alan did an outstanding job with rolling through the punches and helping us with the roller coaster of a week. We are monthly unlimited wash members and will continue using 7Flags car washes all over Solano County. I still get nervous going through the automated car washes, but feel more secure now that I know that 7Flags takes accountability in its business practices. Thank you again and we will continue on being loyal customers!

The foam brush dispensed a good amount of soap and was useful scrubbing dirt of my car. The vacuum worked and was able to get debris out of my seats and floors, although it only provided 2 minutes of time (wash bay provided 20 minutes). I'll have to remember that for next time. Overall, I had a good experience here. Best part was not having anyone asking me if I want to sign up for a membership. :) I'm satisfied with how clean my car is for what I paid. I will return again for my next car wash.

This is my go-to self service car wash. I usually come here once a month, and have never had a…read moreproblem washing my car. One time I had to wait 5-10 minutes because all the wash bays were full, but never any problems using the hoses or getting water or soap. Most of the time I even see the attendant making sure everything is okay and clean. Sometimes the soap brush may be a little overused, but still good to scrub my car and get it clean. I even like that the other customers are good too. No one overstays their wash time. When they are done, they move their car to the dry area. Of course, sometimes you'll get someone who has to blast their music for everyone to hear. I like that they take quarters and you don't have to exchange them for tokens. I recommend bringing your own quarters as the change machine doesn't always work. Otherwise great place.
