First, it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone by calling. you usually need to leave a message and it is a crap shoot on whether they will actually call back. They also seem to like to push extra and unnecessary services. They knew we just replaced tires about a month before our service, but still insisted that we needed a rotation. They offer a free car wash with service m, ask if you want it but then often forget to actually do the wash. All that being said, staff is friendly and the work always gets done.
