I felt frustrated and like I wasn't capable, or ever would be, of certain things. In 2026 I have reached so many goals because of the coaching- specifically in the Golds Fit class. Adan & Mike are exceptional coaches. They are personable, knowledgeable, super fun & funny & able to handle high class volume, encourage and cue in such a positive way. In the past 8 months I have been able to significantly improve on things that I had worked on for YEARS at the other gym just by their coaching. The community in the classes is stellar too- no high school clique stuff. Everyone is there to work and we DO! We have people of all ages and abilities in class~ even a lady who had a foot surgery and on a scooter was still getting at it. They come up with appropriate modifications for any and everyone.... Beginners, intermediate, advanced- the adventure is endless. My physique is the best it's ever been and I give much due to the Golds fit class for that. Honestly, these guys are probably under paid~ they're that great! Definitely check it out if you haven't!

Now you only offer a small playscape? That thing gets packed and my kids are always having to deal with the other kids' poor behavior (which most of the time ends up in someone getting hurt). Gold's gym had more to offer for less money. Unless you HAVE to have some form of childcare or you have your kids in sports here... just go somewhere else. I wish this wasn't the truth. I was beyond excited when it was being built I was literally waiting for it to open to get a membership. I will say one thing... as a majority the staff is always positive and puts a smile on your face.

I've been easing my way back into workout classes and I'm so glad I found this barre3 studio!…read more The studio is exceptionally clean, well-designed, and located right in the middle of the Galleria. You might have to circle a bit to find parking, but it's not bad at all considering how many shops and businesses are right next door. If you happen to have kiddos joining you, the studio offers to watch them in a designated indoor play space while you get your barre on (schedule permitting). Compared to other barre3 studios that I've tried in the past, the classes at this location feel like a much better workout. The movements are more comprehensive, more challenging, and will definitely work you out no matter your fitness level. I love the variety of hand weights and resistance bands that are used, and how every exercise can be modified to meet your body's needs. I take classes more frequently with Chris and Sheila, and both ladies are wonderful. My only wish is that they had more classes earlier and later in the day!

I had always wanted to take a class with baby goats roaming around, so when I saw that they had a…read morestudio offering just that, I had made it a point to book a reservation for myself and the bf when we would be in town a few weekends ago. For what it's worth, I did notice that the 10:00AM class (which was the one we had booked) was a little less crowded than the 11:00AM class, but perhaps that changes with different times of the year. You do have to sign a waiver beforehand, and I do highly recommend making a reservation beforehand as they are quite popular. There were at least 40 people in attendance during our class, and I had overheard somebody saying that the later class was completely booked. If you're travelling from out of town, like we were, they do have yoga mats you can borrow for the class. Our instructor was Shari, and the class was a 45 vinyasa class. There was a lot of information right before the class and handlers for the goats to go around the class to make sure that every attendee gets to have a goat on their back and/or to be able to cuddle them, and how to hold and cuddle them if you so choose. I don't think most people would book these classes, expecting to focus fully on a yoga class, as it's very, very easy to get distracted with such cute goats (and they were all dressed in cute festive holiday gear when we went!) roaming around. Pictures are encouraged, and there was a photographer going around as well. Also, yes, I did have a goat placed on my back, as did the bf. Shari was also a pretty good instructor, despite how distracted I was with the goats. Once the class is over, you're also invited to pose and take pictures with some of the goats. My heart near melted when I got to hold one tiny baby goat. It's not a particularly cheap experience (it was $30 each for me and the bf), but for a chance to get some exercise in and to be able to cuddle with some adorable creatures? I say that it was worth every penny in my book. Would happily go back, if I ever find myself in the area again.

Got a birthday certificate from our grandma to go try "Goga" - without knowing much about what to…read moreexpect, my brother (visiting from France), my husband and I all went together and had a really fun time. The Goga classes are only every other week, on saturday mornings. They have mats available for you, and cubbies to put your stuff in. Don't bring a water bottle with a straw, they will most likely ask you to put it away. The goats look like they are treated so well, and they have a ton of staff around the facility to make sure they goats and attendees are all enjoying their time, as well as cleaning after the accidents as they go. The place is big and pretty noisy at first, but can you blame the excitement? We had a few bachelorette groups there as well. But once the teacher got started and asked for calm, everybody settled and tried as well as they could to do some of the beginner yoga positions, while getting sidetracked by all the cute goats walking around and asking to be pet. The outfits are hilariously cute! I quickly figured it out that it made it easy for the staff to catch the goats with the little tutus on. Final word: you're not going there to show your yoga abilities, if that's the case, go to a normal yoga class. If you're a goat lover who could use a good stretch, and easy yoga poses, then this is for you! Enjoy!
