There really is nothing that much different about this little place where it is similar to any other convenience store but the folks here are super friendly and super nice. Every single time I come in they always spark up some conversation with you and brighten your day but not in a creepy and annoying way that most might find early in the morning grabbing a quick bite in the morning. They offer breakfast sandwiches, pizza slices and burgers to go along with all of the typical fares from a gas station/convenienece store. The only part that I dislike about this place is the price of gas compared to other parts of the state. I know it being in Falmouth makes it tougher because most everything in that sity is super expensive but, you could drive about 5 miles away toward Portland or South Portland and save about 10-15 cents sometimes. It has stuck with me for bothering to give this business a review and and I will not be returning because of my interactions with this young woman at the register on 6/22/24 at ~9pm. When I asked for "blue" American spirits, I was having trouble getting a visual on the American spirits in the display. So without pointing or taking a guess she asked which blue? so this can happen, so I still couldn't see them and since she wasn't pointing in her back was turned, I just asked "the regular blue? (I think the way I said it was an indicator that I could not see them) She still did not point them or do what someone would normally do who was confused, which is Point at A blue box and ask "this one?". So instead, she told me again that there were so many blue boxes and she said it in an exasperated way like I was being difficult! So I felt the need to tell her that I'm asking for is the only one called "blue "there is clearly one that is turquoise in color named"turquoise". There are other shades that are in the blue spectrum with unique names. So when she was getting my pack finally I just was kindly telling her so she could be better at her job that the one I'm asking for is truly the only one called "blue". I explained when she handed me the pack the name was on the American spirits on the top and I pointed to it. She was very rude and offputting, terrible terrible customer service! I am not somebody that bothers to go right a bad review. Usually, this girl then verbally told me after I just gave her some helpful information and she went out of her way with her body language to make it very obvious she was refusing to look where I was pointing to show her where the name was on the box? I wouldn't want this person working at my business in a customer service capacity! She then stated something like "I will still always ask, because people say blue and they don't know" I was driving away. I realize ridiculousness of her statement. I understand she is young, but I'm sorry I don't know a smoker in this world that doesn't know what the specific name and brand of the cigarettes they smoke! I've never been inside the building: I have no idea what the staff is like or if the store itself is clean. I just come here for gas. Before it's big renovation I would have NEVER come here because of its location. But it seems like since this Cumby has been updated, there's *much more* space to navigate in and out of the parking lot safely and easily (although I'd never turn left into it from Ocean Ave; I always make sure I'm turning right from Washington in). I seem to always be able to immediately pull up to a pump without having to wait in line. In and out? Yes!

You're not supposed to take a left out of here (left = the way back to the turnpike, the Hannaford strip mall, Route 100 into Portland).
