HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My family and i were driving home from New Orleans to Louisville Kentucky. We made it an hour into our drive when the low tire pressure light came on in our car. So we pulled off to the nearest tire shop, Lil' Tire Shop. They were very quick to take the tire off and evaluate the damage. We were hopeful to get our tire patched, but the technicians showed us the bad news of the sidewall being cut very badly (lucky we didn't have a blowout). We had to get a new tire which unfortunately they didn't have in stock and they informed us it wouldn't arrive for about 4-5 hours. We were okay with waiting, but one of their technicians Bobby decided to personally go pick up the tire we needed to get us back on the road as soon as possible. After he returned with the tire we needed, they were very fast to get it mounted and balanced. We got back on the road no more than 2 hours after we arrived at the shop. We couldn't say enough good things about this shop. Thanks to Bobby and his team of technicians and wonderful staff at the front desk, they turned our nightmare situation into just a small bump in the road. read more

Wow may have got lucky but I had ordered 2 tires because of a road hazard incident and and was riding on the spare. Due to hectic schedule I finally had a chance to stop in and they had time and got me right in. 45 minutes later I was driving away and installed tires were $40 each cheeper than I paid in Louisiana. I like this place have gotten 2sets of tires here previously. read more

This little shop has worked on my truck's Air conditioning system a few times and fully honored their warranty on their work. They do good work at a fair price and I praise them for that. Their online site allowed me to make an appointment to have some work done on a Saturday, which I kept and discovered that they are Closed on Saturday. I was truly disappointed in that customer service oversight. I hope they have fixed their website to disallow appointments for times when they are not actually open for business. read more

Six months after purchasing tires from Lil' Tire Shoppe, I suffered a blowout. When I went to get the spare out of the trunk, it was nowhere to be seen. Lil' Tire Shoppe had never placed it back in the trunk. I spent 4 hours sitting on the side of the highway in the middle of Arkansas waiting for AAA to get me rolling again. When I asked Lil' Tire Shoppe for my spare or a replacement, they shrugged their shoulders and offered me nothing. After several years of giving them my business, they pissed my business away over a $25 donut spare. Generally had no complaints until that point, but the combination of negligence and don't-give-a-damn customer service lost them my business. read more

Went to get my oil changed here for the first time. They seemed friendly and were ok that I already had my own oil and filter. I asked them to leave the original sealant ring, as it's higher quality than the replacement ones and they said they could not. Ok...fine. I go wait in the waiting room, almost an hour later I finally go ask the lady at the front desk what happen to my car and she's like "oh...um...I think it's done." Great, thanks for letting me know. I go out to my car, no keys in sight...go back inside. THEY LOST MY KEYS. Took another 10 minutes to find them. I get my car home and look under the hood to make sure everything is ok, given how well its gone so far, and not only is there is oil dribbled on the hood, there is a rag left inside on top of the battery! Worst oil experience and will not be giving them any of my business in the future. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

The only reason they get one star is because I had to select something. I purchased a tire a while back from them. My car was still new. I got home and realized they did not put my green (nitrogen) valve stem cap back on. I had to go back and make them find it and give it back to me. Now, 8000+ miles later, I go to have my tires rotated, and the wheel lock key they put "back" in my trunk is not the one that unlocks my bolts. So, i now have to pay to replace them!!!!!! If I had a flat tire, I'd have to have my car towed. I would not be able to change my tire. Livid!!!!!! Do NOT use this shop! read more

I took my car in for an alignment, and was told it need $800 worth of work, including 2 new tires. I opted to have them replace the upper ball joints first, as they were worst off, and I couldn't come up with the total sum. I was given an estimate of less than $500 for both lower and upper ball joints replaced, with the lower being more expensive. The cost for the uppers was quoted as less than $200. When I picked up my car, I was billed just under $300, with no explanation or apology or even acknowledgement that they were charging me 50% more than the original quote. I will never, never go back there for any work, and suggest others find somewhere more honest. read more

My husband and I recently took our car there to have quotes done on the major issues that needed fixing on our car, which they gave. It was determined that the ball bearings and a cv axle needed replacing on the front end of the car. They quoted us 600.00 (which seems like an overkill considering 425.00 of the price was labor charges, but hey, I can't fix it myself as I am a pregnant woman whose husband works offshore. That's the price of convenience I suppose, which is fine. That's not what ticks me off!) Luckily, I had the quote in hand the day I dropped the car off to be fixed and made it VERY CLEAR that 600.00 bucks plus tax was all they would be getting out of me as per their written quote. (After tax that's about 640.00 bucks.) When I came to pick up my car, they tried to charge me a full 100.00 more (740.00 dollars!) even with the quote they gave me in hand! I asked who authorized the extra "parts and services" they put on my car as no one called me and asked me about doing them. The lady behind the counter was really nice but replied "I don't know. I guess my boss." I was really peaved and told her since I did not authorize an extra hundred dollars worth of work to be done to my car, and no one contacted me telling me that it was being done, that her boss could cover the difference because I would not be paying more than I was quoted, not on ANY day, but ESPECIALLY 5 days before christmas. They didn't put up much of a fight and I was eventually charged what I was quoted. But why should this kind of shennanigans occur in the first place?! Why should I be forced to be disgruntled at the counter when I come to pay? You quote someone a certain price, THAT is what they pay! When I told my mother about this tom-foolery, she said she did business with them for years and finally stopped bc of this very reason. She'd be told one price only to have it ring up to be more at pickup. They may make a habit of suckering other peope with the endgame of being charged a higher price at the counter, but not with me. I am not a person that tries to get out of paying for things or tries to get things for free, however, if you tell me one price and charge me another I take severe offense at the prospect of being taken advantage of. What you quote me is what I pay. IF, for whatever reason, they see the need for extra, unaccounted for work while breaking the car down, they need to call customers and give them the option of saying yay or nay, NOT just plow ahead with it and surprise them at the register. I had more work that needed to be done and planned on taking it there, but now I think I will find somewhere else. Watch out for these people raising final prices on you! Do NOT be taken advantage of! That is the only reason I gave 2 stars. As for the work they did, it seems to have been done appropriately and in a timely manner, but bc I absolutely ABHOR dishonesty and switch and bait predatory tactics, they get 2 stars. read more

Going to this garage was the WORST experience ever. I ordered 2 tires from this place, when I got there I asked them to replace the driver side front tire and whichever tire was the worst. I waited, they called me and said my car was ready, I paid the $250 and went outside. When the mechanic, if you could call him that, got out of my car he informed me that my air pressure sensor was still on but should go off soon. This prompted me to ask what tires he replaced. He decided to replace two other tires, rather than the one I specifically asked them to replace. Maybe the tire pressure sensor was still on BECAUSE YOU PUT A FLAT TIRE WITH A HOLE IN IT BACK ON MY CAR. I couldn't believe it. He then tried to explain to me that it was a "slow leak" and it was "better than the other two". I live in Hattiesburg and drive to the coast for work and I have to air up the tire TWICE before I make it there. That is NOT A SLOW LEAK. being extremely upset I went inside and just asked them to order me the cheapest tire they could (which was quoted to me at @ $85). However when I got there and tried to get them to finally fix the problem that I asked them to fix they had ordered me another $129 tire. I asked her if that was the cheapest and the lady at the counter LIED to me and said yes. Even though the day before the manager or owner said it didn't have to be the same tire and he could get me a cheaper one. I will NEVER go back to this place and I really encourage everyone to go to ANY OTHER GARAGE IN HATTIESBURG. read more
