After booking an online appointment today, I will not be going back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I walked and I asked the lady for a 60 minute full body massage. She walked me to the room we get started. I told her not too much pressure because I'm very sensitive and my body's very tight as I have not gotten a massage in a few months. After she proceeds to start 20 minutes in she's still doing a dry rub with a towel over me, then brings out the body oil. Mind you at this point she's also getting calls for other appointments and taking them mid massage. When stepping out she would leave the door wide open without fully covering me back up. She asked me what points of my body hurt. The most. I said my legs are very tender and my back is very tender as well. Please just go lightly in those areas. She said OK and then proceeds to very heavily and painfully work out those areas after I mentioned it to her many many times that I don't need a lot of pressure completely. Disregard it and keep keeps going. This was one of the most painful massages I've ever had in my life and even after the full hour was complete. I felt like my body was even more sore than when I walked in. A few hours after leaving the spa I look at my eyelids and see popped blood vessels,(checking in currently at 6:45pm). That's from the clenching face throughout the massage. I've never experienced this much pain. After changing back into my clothes and walking out to go pay, I proceeded to ask her for change, giving her a tip that I felt was right, and then proceeds to haggle me for more money on the tip. Jenny knows her stuff! I wanted a deep tissue massage and she absolutely delivered. My neck was so tight and Jenny explained to me that it was because I was so knotted in my arms. Made a post car accident massage. Showed up n was locked out of the building, freezing. I was finally let in. The extra time wasn't applied towards my "massage". She didn't speak a lick of English, hard to communicate. She had her phone on vibrate and looked at it texting during my 100$service. Super long nails scratching n digging into my skin, while repeatedly using her phone THE WHOLE TIME..Total waste of money!!! Go to the Crystal Mall! They're AMAZING! I can not say enough about this SPA, clean quiet, and very therapeutic. The Massage was second to none, I always choose Salina, is amazing and her technique is perfect. She is the best I have ever had!! She is amazingly strong and very accurate on all points in need of work. She was amazingly intelligent (emotional Intelligent) about all the ways to work knots out in my back. I will not use, any other spa, Salina is the very best and I feel amazingly refreshed after every massage. pricing is different than posted price point. seems like they just set whatever they desire. if you want a simple body massage, no focus points then do your thing. relaxation is not their strong point, it's definitely obvious that they are there to collect their money and not customer service. read more

The staff is great, the manager Sally Z is always very friendly and checks and makes sure everything is to your liking. The spa is always very clean and run professional and the prices are the best in the area for the services. I always choose Salina, a petite beautiful Chinese woman, as my therapist she is well trained in massage and making the body well by use of cupping and hot stones. I look forward to my massage every 2 weeks and feel like a new man after. read more

The staff is nice. I have to say though... I've had many massages in my time but this one was the worst one. Almost no pressure making it a gentle step above a back rub. The knots I have in my back feel worse with no sense of "wow that helped" walking away. I got 90 minutes and I could have probably rubbed my back against a roller and got more out of it. read more
