When Baptist Hospital's top sports medicine surgeon told me there was nothing he could do, I turned to Emily for regular acupuncture treatments. I soon was able to get back to running as much as I wanted and am able to compete in at least 5 half marathons each year...completely pain free. However, what is even more amazing about Emily and Chris's practice is the thoughtful and holistic view they take toward solving medical issues. Their keen intellect, curiously and creative thinking skills allowed them to help me solve mysterious neurological issues (in 2020) and throat issues (2023) that no other doctor (primary care, urgent care, ENT, immunologist, neurosurgeoun, emergency room) could figure out. My only mistake was not going to Emily and Chris first- rather than wasting precious time and money on traditional medicine doctors who weren't able to think "outside of their own box". Utilizing cutting edge testing protocols, almost exclusively natural supplement regimens and a relentless drive to figure out the true root causes of my medical issues (they are truly "medical detectives"), Emily and Chris worked wonders to bring me back to full health.
