So I thought what a steal, must purchase duhhh! But then I came to Yelp, and no review was found :( However, I was blown away!! & now I can be the first to review. D & S Holistic center is literally a hidden gem. From the outside, it just looks like a business center, the mysterious type that you can only see your reflection instead of the inside. I went in though and it looked like a doctor's office. Nice welcoming green couch and some chairs and a square window to talk to the employees through on the other side. I caught the director/owner there. His name is Delfi Monteagudo and he specializes in chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, massage therapy and nutrition. So this is not your run of the mill spa. They actually know what they're doing. He was so nice and gave me some pamphlets. They even hold seminars and workshops to teach on aromatherapy, Ayurveda, diets, herbs, etc. Mari, my massage therapists, came out after I had filled in some paperwork to make sure I had no alergies to oils and to find out what areas she needed to concentrate on. She took me into a room that was so nice. Dim lighting, comfortable massaging table with that little circle thing to put your head on. She gave me privacy to undress and once I was ready to go, she knocked and came in. She asked me through out the whole process, if the pressure was okay. She put on some background relaxing music, put some oil on her hands, and got to work. She massaged my neck, my back, my sides, then she went on to my legs and side buttox (hehe) and my feet. My favorite part was when she put these steaming hot towels on my back and pressed down and then rubbed off the oil. So good. The hole in the head pillow stand thingy (sorry for my lack on knowledge on this term lol) was probably a bad idea because I can guarantee I was drooling through my hour massage. Nevertheless, my hour was up and I got quickly dressed to rush to work. I've been in a trance ever since. So calm, and serene (which was the name of my room btw!). They have different tipes of massages ranging from Swedish Aromatherapy, Deep Muscular, Warm Stone, Reflexology, Thia, Shiatsu, etc. An hour message runs at about $100 and an hour and a half at $129. I recommend this place to everyone. The location and staff were so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better deal, and I still have one more massage left haha. Don't be jealous@!

She proceeded to address all my concerns and provided one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had a lot). I would come back here each time we travel through Miami. My massage therapist, Sia, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire session. She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable and asked if I wanted more or less, which I really appreciated. I've struggled with tightness and knots in my neck and shoulders for a long time, and I've tried everything from massage guns to massage chairs with very little relief. Sia's techniques made such a difference, especially in my shoulders. It felt so good to finally get some relief after dealing with that discomfort for so long. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and very professional exactly what you want when getting a massage. As I was leaving, they even gave me a bottle of water and coconut water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The prices are also much more affordable than many other places I've been, and the quality of the massage exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back, and they'll be seeing my face a lot more. Highly recommend!

I had heard of this place because it has been around forever, but had never been. Recently, I slept weird had that the most terrible pinched nerve in my upper back. My friend and a Golden Massage regular suggested I book deep tissue with Sophia. I did 30 minutes and asked her to focus on my upper left back. Wow, she really worked out all the knots I had, and after my session with her I finally felt relief. They were able to see me the same day within an hour of me calling and the total was $50. Bring cash to pay as this spot is old school. While I won't say it is the most glamourous of spas, it is a great price and they do a good job. There is a parking lot attached to the building with a good amount of spaces.
