After you check in at the register, they offer a complementary glass of Rosé or Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Juice. (You also have the option the bring your own bottle of wine) Afterwards, they show you the wall of vessels you'll make your candle in and a quick backstory about them and their multi-functional purpose. Then, they show you to the fragrance wall to smell and choose your scent. Then, they bring you back to the table to guide you through making your candle step by step. Once you start it goes by very quickly and next thing you know you're done! Takes about 3hrs for the candle to set and they let us know when your candle is finished. You can come back and they'll refill it for $10 with the same scent or a different scent. The class itself is $40 per person but a detailed guided experience, multiple vessel options, multiple fragrance options, and a pretty quick turnaround is well worth it!

Booked their "Lovely February Candle Class" in Blakeney…read more The instructor, Michael, was friendly, helpful, and patient. During the class you'll be able to pick your vessel and choose up to 3 scents for the candle. Choosing the scents was definitely the most tedious/time consuming part especially when trying to mix scents. After mixing the hot wax with the selected scent and pouring into the vessel, it needs to sit ~ 2 hours. Perfect opportunity to walk around the Blakeney Shopping center! They'll also hold the candles so you can pick-up at a later date. Items in the store were 10% off while there for the class. A glass of mimosa was included as well! The class was an hour long and cost $47.00. Would recommend!

She loved the scents that I got her from Soy Candles. She lit the first candle and never blew it out until it was gone. Unfortunately, there seems to be a consistent lack of customer service, consideration, and basic empathy. During my most recent visit, the woman I spoke with...who had glasses and shoulder length hair...was in the middle of making soap, which I understood she couldn't immediately stop. However, when I explained what I was looking for, instead of offering assistance or even a bit of understanding, I felt completely brushed off. This same dismissive attitude has been present every time I've visited. Because of these repeated experiences, I will no longer be a customer, and I won't be recommending this business to anyone...

More than retail, it seems the place is now more of an artsy crafty place than a retail store. The entire place looked bigger...more space, since less retail. I thought they should have had some overhead music to fill the empty space, and give it more of a vibe. They still had this bar area, where they served wine (aside from the Jackass Cafe in the back). Still, I love the big, wide, open space that this place has to offer...and its Bohemian vibe. And did I mention their awesome artwork on their walls - both inside and out? I spent $3000 buying the diffuser and it ended up melting my frame and after they put me through…read morethe ringer to submit a claim, they ended up denying me because the picture had in it. A picture of one of my diffusers and the flower was bent and not straight up, so therefore, they assumed that was the flower And denied it based upon that. After spinning $3000 all I wanted was them to send me a supply of the flowers since they diffusers only last one or two times and you have to replace the flower.... all that work over what would cost them pennies on the dollar and have a customer who spends $3000 to only deny that person flowers after it ruined a frame and melted it away
