When you are feeling down or mad or anything just know when you step in this nail shop you will feel like you are at home, because everyone is friendly and it will make you feel like we are all family. I have a second home in Waynesville and generally ensure that I get my nails taken care of in Florida prior to coming up here. After trying several other salons in the area over the past 5 years and being disappointed with the service, salon experience and or end product...I was relieved to have found Lilly's Nails. I had a full set of pink/white solar nails and pedicure and three weeks later they are still looking lovely. The salon was clean and both the staff and other clients were very friendly. I have been to Lilly nails for awhile now. The last couple time I notice Andy wasn't there no more.. I decided to give this new guy a try. I believe his name was John.. omg is the worst experience I have been through.. he kept on twisting my hands and was hurting me.. he was so rude and his body smell like smoke.. I told him he was hurting me, all he did was laugh.. I was ending up with cricket nails and three of my fingers was bleeding... I never thought I pay someone to get torture.. Great Salon..been going to Lillys for along as she has been open! She and her staff are friendly and perfessional, cleaned so sweet. They just want you to enjoy your time there and be happy when you leave. I have visited most of the nail salons in the area andLillys is the best!!! I came in with acrylic nails that I never wanted in the first place (from another salon... they were nice, I just didn't ask for them) and they had become too long. The process to remove them was quite long and probably annoying for the woman doing my nails but I couldn't tell, she was so nice. I then got gel nails afterwards and they look fantastic. The whole experience was very pleasant, everyone was so nice and patient. The only thing I'd say is that I wish I could have chosen the shape, but otherwise, a full 5 stars. :) read more
