It looks as if a lot of the negative reviews come from people not being able to find their size in the particular shoe they want. Well, it's Disney! It's going to be crowded and selection can sometimes be an issue because of the large number of visitors. I would definitely recommend visiting here if you are having issues with foot/leg/back pain while walking the parks. It can really make a difference in your vacation!

I even bought the same sneakers as him--his idea, and it was a fun mother-son moment! The prices were excellent, especially with the additional sales they were running on many items. We accidentally bought the wrong size shorts for my son and returned the next day. The exchange was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. I also liked that they carried Nike x SKIMS products, including running bras, which was a nice bonus. I was looking for a pair of shoes since the airline that I took to Orlando lost my luggage, or what they would call delayed my luggage. I eventually did get my luggage but I didn't have my check in luggage for a few days. I walked through the aisles of the ladies shoe section. Found a few shoes that interested me and tried on a few pairs. In the end, I decided to pick up two pairs of shoes. While I was looking for shoes to try, the 2 employees working the store had asked me if I needed help or if I was still doing fine. During my visit, I had to use the restroom and the employees let me into a clean restroom in a hidden room, by the register (just thought I would make mention in case you find yourself in the same situation). When I was paying for it two pair of shoes, I ended up signing up for the rewards club (free) so that I can earn points on all of my purchases. And now I get coupons in my email inbox (which now makes me want to buy more shoes, lol). I didn't need any help during my shopping visit but could get it if I needed by any of the 2 employees working the store. The painted Toms run from 100$-175$ from what I've seen depending on the complexity of the design. I always stop by to watch them paint when I'm at Disney Springs. The artists seem to really love what they do! I recently bought a pair of shoes painted from the movie Up! And I love them! They are a little stiff the first few times you wear them due to the paint but they do loosen up after a few wears. Love this place!

I ended up purchasing my normal size - they have a pretty strict return policy so you can't try them out. But we were delighted to see this protol taken to the "Nth" degree at the Sanuk shoe store in Disney Springs. The employees there were friendly and happy, and we expected that. But the person who helped us find our shoes, Mariah Wharton, stood above the rest. She delivered world class, A+ service, all while representing Sanuk possibly as possibly the finest company that has ever existed on the planet. After visiting with her and making our purchase, we felt that she was probably right. We were struck with her friendliness, warmth, and kindness. She went out of her way to educate us about Sanuk's products, the company, and how the company strives to give back to mankind. She is the kind of employee who would be welcome at any company, and I think Sanuk is fortunate to have such an amazing person on staff, and I think she is fortunate to work for such an amazing company. Sunuk and their super comfortable shoes are highly recommended, and Mariah is appreciated and admired.
