Lilly Pulitzer at Disney Springs is lucky to have such an incredible sales associate as Suzy! Shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when trying to find pieces that feel both flattering and age-appropriate, but Suzy completely transformed the experience. She immediately understood what worked for me as a more mature woman and thoughtfully pulled together outfits I never would have chosen on my own--but absolutely loved once I tried them on. Her eye for style, color, and fit was exceptional. She created complete outfits that felt polished, flattering, and still true to the fun Lilly Pulitzer aesthetic. What impressed me most was how intuitive and confident she was in her selections. She made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. Honestly, without her expertise and guidance, I would have walked out without buying a thing. Instead, I walked out with an entire new wardrobe that I feel amazing wearing. One star! I don't think I've ever given a business one star! I doubt management or anyone even looks at these reviews, but I am doing this for my fellow yelpers! I'm not sure what happened today, but they truly missed the mark for me. I went in with my husband and my two children prior to going to dinner. I was looking for matching dresses for my daughter and I for my son's first birthday party. Unfortunately, we were not greeted although there were probably five or six employees in there. There were probably less than 10 customers in the store. Everything I checked for didn't have the correct size either for me or for my daughter. Multiple employees were walking around, but no one asked if we needed help or if they could look in the back for another size. I finally made my way to the back at the sales rack and was able to find two dresses that were matching. I went to the dressing room and I told my two year-old, I guess we can choose any room we want, this one lady asked, "are you going in together?" I'm not letting my two-year-old try on a dress by herself! Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I still ended up buying it along with a pair of earrings. We were late for dinner, text from the restaurant came while we were trying the dresses on, and I was in a rush at that point. I wanted to look at some more items and my husband and I were having a discussion about being able to come back after dinner. Multiple employees were listening to us and none of them offered to hold the items for us and we can come back after dinner and look for more items. Anyhow, we proceeded to check out and the cashier, asked me if I was a part of the club or if I had an account with them. I told her I did not, she did not even offer to sign me up! She had no smile and she looked very upset to be there. She then shoved my purchase into the smallest bag they had. There was another employee that was next to her, probably a manager, and she didn't look over a smile at us either. Not one human being that had any personality or care that we were there. Wow! At this price point, they should be offering water and juice for kids! I'm still so appalled that I am even writing this at night. One of the employees was following my husband and baby around the entire store while I was in the dressing room with my toddler and didn't even say hello! How weird and strange is that! Anyhow, if you don't want customer service with a smile go right on in! I'm contemplating returning the items when I go back to Disney Springs and just buy online. read more

I am a huge Lilly Pulitzer fan and am a regular to the store for many years. I will never return to this store in person. I was treated incredibly cold from the moment I entered. There were numerous girls working there standing around not willing to help or make suggestions. Suzanne - the lady that eventually got me a dressing room - made it look like she was doing me a favor. Either fire these employees or give them an attitude adjustment otherwise say goodbye to your business at Disney Springs. Paying customers (I bought an item at full price) do not deserve to be treated like second class citizens. read more

12/27/21 I recently got into Lilly merchandise. I was warmly greeted upon entering and asked if I needed help. I saw a pink jacquard sweater that was cute, but pricy. I was on the fence about buying it, but the sales rep talked me into it by saying that she normally doesn't like the jacquard print, but liked the one I got so much, she bought it for herself. Since it's the holidays I decided to splurge. I hope I like it enough to wear it often given the price. They had a rack on sale, but I didn't find anything I liked. They also have accessories. I also purchased a wireless airpod case which is normally $16, but was on sale for $9. read more

Was excited to shop here at the Disney Springs location today. I walked in and was greeted - very nice. As I walked around another associate asked if I needed help followed by three more people ...I couldn't even turn around without bumping into another salesperson asking me if I needed assistance. The store isn't that large but there must have been 7 people working and following everyone around. I was so annoyed I left. Couldn't enjoy myself and just browse. read more

We have been in this store a few times. Staff is not helpful and most are snobbish. Very limited selection of merchandise. The attitude most of the staff has is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Were not sure where the attitudes come from because , after all, these women are simple sales women. Our last visit two weeks ago was our LAST visit to this less than mediocre store. read more

Honestly I am so impressed with the two women who were working the night shift on April 30, 2021! I literally have no stores in my area except for one that's an hour away so when I came to this area on vacation I was so excited to shop here. When I arrived it was pretty late and they were SOOO gracious, friendly, & helpful. They didn't rush me and they let me try over 25 things on- when they were closing within 15 minutes! The patience they had to endure to deal with me- they deserve a raise for that alone! When I went to check out for some reason- I couldn't get my card to work and I kept getting declined when I know there was money on it, againnn they were so patient these women should both honestly get a raise I've never seen two more patient and helpful women in my life! I wish I had gotten their names that night but they made me feel so comfortable thousands of miles away from my home & they were just great individuals in general. This store is a great size and they had a lot of new released out! I really loved the decor, feel & vibe of the store as well! Overall I would HIGHLY recommend shopping here for your Lilly! I did go back a few days later to return something but unfortunately I didn't experience the same warm vibe- if anything it was quite the opposite... read more

Woo - this store is EXPENSIVE. No one greeted me inside as I did a lap around - browsing. I've always liked the look and color of Lilly Pulitzer clothing because it is so happy and vibrant. I'm not one to shy away from expensive items, I like finer things, but a simple shirt or sweater in here will cost you upwards of $200. I didn't see anything I couldn't live without - so I did not purchase anything this visit. read more

Upon entering Lily Pulitzer you are engulfed in an explosion of color. The clothes and accessories are so beautiful and the sparkling personalities of the employees make this shop so welcoming. The shop carries up to a size 16 in women's pants and XL in shirts and Dress. they also offer a small assortment of little girl's outfits as well. The dressing rooms are individually themed, which makes them fun as well. I myself am a Plus sized girl, but never was I treated as if I didn't belong. Besides, accessories are usually a good fit for everyone and I love the color combinations! The young lady that greeted me at the door was so sweet and inviting and even mentioned the dressing rooms as she noticed me taking pictures, but since the shop is newly opened I couldn't get in for pictures, even though she offered. I am looking forward to shopping here in the future, it's on my wish list. read more

The customer service at this location doesn't even compare to the other Lilly stores I'm used to (palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens). I'm sure this store more than likely gets a lot more "just browsing" because of the location but they shouldn't just ignore people. The lady at the register was friendly but the lady in the dressing room was not friendly. She gave me a look like I didn't belong there. I've been in a theme park, sorry I don't look prim and proper. I still bought a dress because I've been really wanting one from the Disney collection. Love my dress but this location could do better. read more

We went to this Lilly store in Disney Springs and had an unbelievable experience! Every single staff member was warm, friendly, engaging, super helpful and professional. They pulled different outfits for me, checked the back-stock several times, offered suggestions and just made me and my daughter feel like important customers!
