Nope. After a year of not getting Dip on my nails because of finances, I called in advance to get in to this place. The tech that was, I guess, the poor unfortunate soul who had drawn the short straw to do my nails, was so annoyed with me not being able to communicate nail shape, that he got up and walked away. After a second attempt at communication, I clipped my nail myself to show him. Then I decided to trust my instincts finally, and left. Asking the one in charge why she didn't offer to do my nails, She said that she "doesn't do dip". Wish she had told me that when I asked her during my pedicure if "they offer Dip" and the answer was "Yes! Call ahead please." If this sourpuss is the only one who can do it why in the heck would I want to sit there feeling bad like I've done something wrong. No way. read more

I went to get a basic pedi. The water was all cold so I ask for some hot , The water was then drained and refilled . When I put my feet back in the foot bath it was so hot that it burnt me , I ask for some cold to be added and she said you say you want hot. Really ! Scalding hot! I took my feet out and ask for some cold to be added. I could tell this agitated her. She washed my feet, trimmed my toes nails, and then polished them. When I ask why my feet did not get the dryness removed or massaged . She informed me that she done it while I was on my phone. I was literally in the chair 10 minutes . At check out when I again complained she called me rude and said I was lucky she was in a good mood.b I told her I felt threatened and that I would never return she said good you pay and get out. I gave this spot two tries. The first time, they talked me into doing gel for myself and my daughter, and it peeled off the same day. I called and they said they would call back and never did. I went back again, because my daughter loves the little chairs for her. As we were getting up from our pedicures and putting on our shoes, roaches scattered away. Don't waste your time going here unless it's an emergency. Over priced and they do not do good work. I only had Shilack done and there were marks in the paint and the polish bled into my skin around my nails. The nail tech also acted put out to be even doing my nails. I also watched the same lady start to do eyebrows on a woman there and none of the supplies she used were sanitary. It's a joke. read more

This has been my favorite nail salon in the area. They are so nice and do a great job getting me in and out while still doing a great job. Not sure why people have said they are not friendly here. I've had nothing but smiles every time I've gone...but I'm not there to try and make friends I guess. I'm there to get a service done. My husband and son have also gotten pedicures here as well and both said it was relaxing. They are great with kids! read more

I'm heavily pregnant and needed my toe nails cut and filed. My husband came with me (after I begged, so now I feel so horrible for him). He does have an ingrown toe nail and they went after it. He was flinching and bleeding by the end. So was I, as the man doing my nails was rough as well. They were quick and polite. Now my husband's big toe is GREEN. Its a fungus from improperly cleaned tools. I should have stopped as soon as I saw they brought them out of a pencil box like my daughter uses, but I was just so relieved to have my nails cut. Now I am at work going nuts thinking that I may have this issue as well under my nail polish. May update if that is the case. Pros: Polite. Cons: FUNGUS and ROUGH. read more
