My last pedicure here was an unenjoyable experience. For a basic gel pedicure, it took over an hour and a half. The woman doing my pedicure was not friendly, and made me feel very insecure about by feet. It took her a long time to paint the nails and she had to keep wiping off polish and fixing each toe nail. This was my first and last visit because this was the worst pedicure I've ever had. My feet were a little sore when I left and didn't feel as soft and moisturized as they normally do after a pedicure. I felt like the woman who did my pedicure rushed through and from the time she started to the time she finished painting my toes was exactly 20 minutes. The day after my appointment, my feet hurt when walking through my house and felt rough/scratchy in places. My feet were in better shape before my appt and were not rough or scratchy. I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for quite some time, but unfortunately the quality and customer service have progressively gone downhill to the point where I will be taking my business elsewhere. The final straw was my 13-year-old daughter's recent appointment before a dance. One of her nails broke within just a few days -- which already speaks to the declining quality of the work. We returned to have the nail repaired, checked in at the front desk, and were told to wait. After 40 minutes of waiting while multiple other customers were helped ahead of her, I asked why nothing had been done. I was then told that only the person who originally did her nails could fix it. That explanation was completely unacceptable. We should not have to rearrange our schedule and sit indefinitely waiting for one specific employee because the original work was poorly done in the first place. What made the situation even more frustrating was that once I firmly stated this was unacceptable, someone suddenly became available immediately to fix the nail. The lack of accountability, poor communication, declining quality, and disregard for customers' time have made it clear this salon no longer values repeat business. I told the receptionist that I was going to post a negative review and he did nothing to convince me otherwise. I am disappointed that Eureka Nails is content with losing a customer. This is my go to nail salon when I am in town visiting And truth be told it's better than just about any other salon. This time around I had a regular pedicure and a dip nail. The girl who did my pedicure did a fantastic job on my pesky ingrowns that I can't take care of myself. While a little more attention on my heels would have been nice, I didn't pay for the callus remover. The dip however was one of the best I've had. Holly's attention to detail was awesome. She cleaned up my cuticles beautifully and repaired a broken nail perfectly and The dip is not too thick. My only complaint is that she was a little too reliant on the drill on my nail. And Holly didn't rush through the job even though I was the last person in the shop after closing. read more

We have gone a few times and the service vibe is rude. They are sketchy about pricing and some of the technicians are just rude. My mom took my daughter today and when she was helping her look at colors the tech got annoyed and basically said come right now or I'll help someone else. The place was dead. Caution to present and future patrons if you want to have a say in how your nails will look, need them filed more, receive great customer service.. it's best to find a new nail salon. We speak volumes by our actions and where we spend our money. If you speak up and expect to have your nails finished properly or not to pay for unfinished results, she will call the police. The owner is rude and has a bullying mentality. If a tech makes a mistake she doesn't care and not interested in making it right or receiving constructive criticism. She belittled and harassed me with my child present. She called the police and tried to have me charged with theft after my daughter walked outside and I kindly said I need to go outside as my daughter is now unattended. She yelled, "You pay now or I call police" Although, services were not finish. She then followed me recording my child and I. I asked her not to film my minor child. I spoke with the officer and he said I did the right thing by deescalating and it was unnecessary, but unfortunately I (we) the ppl don't have the right to refuse to pay no matter how poor the service without being threatened with a theft charge on your record. Reluctantly, I was forced to pay ($41)and left with my nails thick with a rough texture and no top coat. I can not express how much this whole situation was unnecessary and unacceptable. I'm leaving out a lot of details, but I hope this gives you insight to how poorly this business is ran and don't want one more person to go through what my child and I did. read more

I've purchased gift certificates at Eureka Nails for special occasions (birthdays, Mother's Day, etc) for my girlfriend and her daughter. For 2 years, everything was great, no problems. But you judge a business on how they handle situations when things go wrong. On a recent visit, a manicurist cut one of my girlfriend's toenails a lot shorter than the other. When asked if the manicurist would fix it, she was very rudely told that it couldn't be done because of the way her toe was shaped. Even though there weren't any problems with her other visits with the other employees. On top of that, her toe was cut on the bad job, which left a mark. When she spoke to the manager, Tina, she was treated more rudely. I personally went to Eureka Nails to speak with the manager. During the conversation, Tina told me that it was probably a new worker. Tina gave me her card and asked to have my friend call her and that she would be taking care of it. She did call her and was told to come in, and they would fix it. When she came in, they did fix it but charged her $50! She was told because it was a pedicure, even if it was their mistake, she was being charged. I feel that if this shop can't stand behind their product and must make an extra $50 to fix an issue that they created, then they don't need the $900 per year I spent for those special occasions. read more

I was then asked to go back to the front because the customer that had an appointment (that was 15 minutes late) decided to show up. I was reviewing my nail colors and the same tech came over and asked for the colors because the customer that was late wanted it. I understand taking your repeat customers and treating them well but new customers are just as important. I was then showed to a new table and Tommy was extremely pleasant. I asked for a manicure and dip. I am not sure why but twice now they have not done a manicure. They use the dremel and call it a manicure. I truly wanted a manicure. She was with some male nail tech who ripped off her tips instead of soaking them off, argued with her about wanting her nails painted red, she said she didn't want tips and he put them on anyway. She told him what shape she wanted and he said no, and did what she didn't want and she hated them. He barked at her constantly "stop moving", she tried to shift so someone could walk behind her and he jumped on her again. I called the manager and she didn't care that one of her nail techs acted this way. I said that he needs a lesson in customer service and that she should know about it because it portrays a bad rep. I have gone here many times as do other members of my family and yesterday I went in for a gel manicure for Mother's Day and to prepare for upcoming wedding pictures. Today I noticed four of the nails were already peeling. I went back in and asked them to fix my nails with a different gel color because I was concerned the polish may be old since I've never had that issue before. The manager Tina accused me of lying and told me she felt I tried peeling them myself and referred to me as "those type of customers", basically saying I was trying to get a free color change.
